Resolution, or a catharsis I've finally come to terms with myself, after all this painstaking journey of rare ups and numeroouuss downs, in this sphere of media is that -- overwhelming majority of anime is slop and a waste of time, even many among the most popular 2000 or so I've come to know. I sensed this from the get-go but acted blind and deliberately forced my way to explore everything mainly because of one factor: fear of missing out. It's not honest nor real, it's an unnecessary burden for what positive end other than to break the chains and be free from it. I'm extremely grateful for experiencing the peak for the sole fact that it's mostly on the top because of the heap of subpar everything else, now there are hidden gems to be found in the mud here and there, guilty pleasures also, but only if it's aligned to one's preferences... Time is rapid and unrelenting, it never subsides, so pursue, choose your picks whichever suit you, don't temporize and let go.
