I usually don't write reviews and I've only read the first volume of this manga so far, but seeing that there aren't any reviews for this yet I'd thought I'd just go ahead.
Story (7/10):
The story has little to offer concerning the plot. Tsuburaya and Ozaki are both your typical semes, but isntead of being paired off with an uke, the two of them try to seduce each other and gain the upper hand in the relationship. This unusual dynamic is the only reason the story get's a 7 and not a 6 or even 5.
Art (8/10):
The art is nicely done throughout

the first volume. There are no bodily proportion mishaps like you often see them in yaoi, so you won't find any giant hands or awkwardly drawn genitals, which is a plus. However, the art mostly focuses on the main characters and there are very few properly developed backgrounds.
Character (6/10):
Tsuburaya and Ozaki both felt pretty interchangeable to me most of the time. They both want to seduce each other, that appears to be the only character trait they have, if one would even call that a character trait at all. Yes, Tsuburaya might be a little bit more snarky, but that's about it. This might change with later volumes though, I don't know.
Enjoyment (7/10):
While the storyline and characters weren't particularly exciting, I still enjoyed reading the manga, simply because it deviated from the uke/seme narration you see all too often. Seeing the two main protagonists constantly trying to dominate each other was amusing and quite different from the other yaoi stories I've read so far.
Overall (7/10):
This certainly isn't a bad manga, judging by the first volume. Sure, it's nothing brilliantly innovative, but I'd recommend this to everyone who wants something different than your cliche uke/seme seduction story.
