I wont write a long winded review as others already have. I just completed this series and I have to say that it's become one of my favorites of all time. It's surprising to me that this anime isn't terribly popular. This is TOP NOTCH quality. A lot of work went into the production of this series and it shows. The art is stunning, the sound and musical score are amongst the best. The characters are enjoyable and the story is captivating and heartfelt. This series was just ok. The story had potential, but it ended up being very repetitive throughout the majority of the series. Most of the battles were the same, and while exciting in the beginning got boring quickly. This anime's strong suit would be comedy though. It was quite funny most of the time, and the characters were pretty good. Plenty of bishonen to oogle at too, but that's where the positives end. I don't regret watching it but it definitely wasn't the best series I've seen.
