I haven't written a review in a minute but honestly, I should start making more reviews. I could see why ppl have mixed feelings about this show. I'm into comedy and ngl the amount of hype this received and the amount of ppl that were calling this "peak" and are now saying comedy is subjective are the ones who are coping.
Story- 5/10
There isn't much of a story, it's a character driven show but even then, the characters are really generic.
Art-8/10
The animation is actually good, I like the character designs. There are noticeable moments where the animation does get better.
Sound-7/10

it's pretty catchy. The sound effects are very good as well, the soundtrack does get repetitive like really fast, every 5 minutes I hear the shika soundtrack, which kinda gets annoying.
Characters-6/10
None of the characters have depth into them, they're pretty much one dimensional and generic.
Enjoyment-6/10
the comedy gets repetitive really fast, nokotan and bashame are airheads, and their jokes are pretty predictable. The soundtrack gets me annoyed every time I hear shiiiiiiikaaaaaaa in both female and male voice. There are some moments where the main character gets exposed and it's kind of is funny to an extent but for the most time isn't really good at what it's supposed to be.
Overall- 6.4/10
If ur into very generic shows and don't care much about comedy in a comedy, then I guess this is this is the show for u.

Now that's we're halfway through the season, it's time to make a review, as a manga reader, I could see why people might like this and not like this. When I saw the first episode, I did expect CGI and I'm not a big fan of CGI when it comes to anime because the only studio that can master it would only be ufotable, but everything that I've seen so far looks decent.
Story-8/10- It's straight forward, The main character, Denji, is a guy that got betrayed and got killed and came back to life by his pet devil ,Pochita, and later makima comes and

rescues Denji and helps him out to become a devil hunter. Denji has to find all of those bullet shaped things that are inside certain devils and has to defeat the gun devil, as more he gets to his objective, the more he gets betrayed and losses people.
Art-8/10- The art looks good tbh, I like the character designs and the animation but not really a big fan of cgi.
Music-7/10- The opening is decent, the endings are ok, the soundtrack is solid imo.
Enjoyment-7/10- As a manga reader I think that the anime tries too hard to put so much emphasis into the fighting and I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I like fights in action shounen but idk it somewhat feels dragged out. When I read the manga, everything happed so smoothly and here it feels like it's slow paced.
Overall-8/10- Now that I've written my review, I will say that watching both anime and manga, I would say manga is infinitely better than the anime.

Story-5/10
I could see why people are saying that the story is good and bad but if imma be honest as a manga reader I didn't even bother to put aot as one of my completed manga and that's because I didn't even like it when it ended. aot starts off with zeke and eren reuniting and it's basically them and the eldians vs the ppl of merely but then after eren got his head blown off by gaby he turns into a colossal titan. where all the colossal titans are going. the story is straight forward but it tries so hard to be deep and gives irrelevant flashbacks.

Oh mappa I know that you have potential but it's just the fact that you have so much on your plate right now that you guys want to make everything so fast just chill. If you guys were to take your time more than half of the titans wouldn't be in cgi. Also, the animation is super poor and the lines on every character's neck or on their forehead bother me, I know you want it to have the same feeling as the manga but at the same time it feels like you cut corners, and you guys do it a lot.

I like the soundtrack and the openings, the sound effects are ok as well.

Well, we got to know a bit about eren and his family this season and about more characters but they're not really major characters.
Enjoyment-5/10
I enjoyed it at first but I don't see the hype anymore nor did I enjoy the last episode. I'm not even trolling.
Overall-5/10
Now we have to wait for part 3 in 2023 and probably half of these ppl will start hating this series because of the way how it's going to end.

Now that I caught up with this manga, I will write my first manga review.
Story-10/10
Even though it felt like there wasn't much of a story initially, I enjoyed it because it was just funny, and I loved the characters. The beginning felt like an episodic comedy, but later on, I knew this was special because of chapter 136, and there are so many love triangles later on. Now that the story has taken a turn, I have to say this feels more dramatic, I don't dislike it, but it feels unrealistic.

Slice of life, a unique genre in anime. Anime like these are the ones that are very hard to find and feel something special while you watch it. The importance of having family in Clannad after story, the loneliness and depression of someone in march comes in like a lion, and the reflection of someone's life and make a change in a silent voice. These are rare experiences to find, and the beautiful animation, message of the story, and the characters all make for a masterpiece. it felt episodic at first, but it's not. We basically have past events that connect with future events. We also meet new characters, and we love them. We follow these young kids' lives and we basically connect with them.
Art-10/10
Same character designs as the previous seasons with beautiful animation.
Sound-10/10
The soundtrack is very good, and whenever a song plays in a situation, it fits in with it.
Character-9/10
As I said in my previous review, I love Renge; she's the show's best character. The rest of the characters I really like, I'm actually attached to them.
Enjoyment-10/10
I absolutely love this show, and this season made me fall in love with the series. There were very wholesome moments in the show and it kind of made me cry when renge was saying goodbye to her friend in episode 10. this show never felt repetitive, and it was very calm, and the fact that it comes out on Sunday made me feel more relaxed since I mostly chill that day.
Overall-10/10
I love this season so much that it made this anime one of my favorites.

Higurashi no naku koro ni gou was the show that I was looking forward to in the fall of 2020. There were many parts where the series shined, and I could say the massacre arc was probably a masterpiece due to the build-up and how the arc ended. After watching the 2nd season of Higurashi, I had a bit of hope that this would at least be good. People who are rating it higher than a 7 or 8 are just people with bad taste this season doesn't make sense.

probably the worst one. The build-up doesn't even make sense, and yes, it's confusing yet stupid. At least with the first 2 seasons, we get an idea of where the series will go since there's a time loop, but my gosh, this is just horrible.

OMG, what did passione do to these characters? They look even worse than the original version. How can you make character design today look worse than in the past? The animation is okay but please at least make them look better; they look like plastic lmao.

In my opinion, the opening was very catchy, and the soundtrack was alright; the ending theme was ok.

I liked some of the characters, but I disliked rika in the later episodes because she broke Satoko's promise, and she was pretending to be someone who was not her. I kind of disliked Satoko when she was acting annoying.
Enjoyment-5/10
The beginning was a bit slow-paced, just a bit, but later episodes were just confusing and boring and didn't really have much to offer; it's like they didn't even try with the adaptation at all.
Overall-4/10
overall this was very mediocre. I was laughing at the last episode just to know they'll adapt another season like it already feels like if they're milking the series already.

Re: zero is an anime that many people say it's okay, and I agree, but the main problem that I have with this series is that it doesn't explain why or how did Subaru get transported into another world. We got some hints in season 2, part 1, but it's not really enough. It also doesn't explain the purpose of everything that's happening to Subaru, like things are just happening for the sake of just happening. Re: zero should solve its mysteries by now like the way how Higurashi did with season 2.

Well, let's say Emilia is the important character of this season

because puck left her in the first episode, and she started crying to Subaru. Then Subaru confesses to her and kisses her, and Emilia has to go to a trial with Echidna and basically shows her past.

I actually think that the new opening from re: zero is probably the best one of the season.

nothing else to say. It has the same character as the first 2 seasons, but it shows new ones when Emilia goes to trial with Echidna.

The enjoyment is very good but if you're not into dialogue then I wouldn't recommend this tbh especially the last few episodes of season 2 part 1 it's actually pure dialogue when they introduce the witches.

Where do I even start? from the beautiful animation to the very neat soundtrack or with how real this show feels. Mrach comes in like a lion is one of the most realistic animes I've seen.
Story-10/10
Well the first few episodes were basically rei joining a club and finally can share his passion with other people and feels happy for the first time. few episodes later there's a problem at school with Hinata and it appears that she gets bullied and it took a decent amount of time to settle the problem. out while playing. Then rei has to face a man who is quite similar as him, as a person, and ends up losing after that Nikaido gets better and rei is glad to see him and then Hina is done with middle school and wants to go to rei's high school.

Listen, I've seen a few of Jun Maeda's animes, and I could say that this was disappointing. When I heard he wanted this to be his best work, I told myself that it would be impossible. There were too many flaws, to begin with.
Story- 5/10
A little girl comes to a park and then sees 2 boys and says that she's god and the world would end in 30 days.

After a mediocre experience of rent-a-girlfriend, I wasn't expecting much from this. I honestly thought this was going to be shitty, but I was wrong. Tonikawa is a very great romance anime. I want to see if it shows us how the characters are maturing through time and live their lives and make a family just like Clannad after story. But IDK if they're gonna do that.
