The story of this manga is based on "Paradise Story" which is often included in the story and well-made to cover the whole events in the story.
This manga is having a slow start and will leave you different perception more you dwell with the story. It's not a simple one but full of surprise and deep thought.
The art is greatly drawn and kept like that until the end. Characters, battles, and events are drawn nicely throughout the series.

Having a crush for two girls at the same time is hard for Ikeda (MC), and through the series he often cannot choose who will be with him until the end. Add the complexity with the love for crossdressing and that's Yubisaki Milk Tea.
As Ikeda or as Yuki (his drag), both of them always thought about every actions they made throughout the series. Indecisive between the thought itself is the main problem in this story, because MC do things and regret many times of his action. I guess I can't find a flaw in this outstanding manga.
While the first few pages are not very attractive, the later part of chapter one gives me a reason to read until the end. Story is dark, and how the story is delivered itself is not light at all. As far as I read, I only can breath before the later part of chapter one until the end. Even though it's dark, I appreciate how the mangaka could deliver the story without having me had to withdraw from keep reading (from overly dark and frustating). There is no much revealing for the story from entire episode 1, but it's about how test students getting to study together with an all-girl-school for some times. The story is opened by a brother who searching his lost sister on the way home, not a great starter but surely a nice approach. After her sister's cellphone battery died, she was lucky to find another lost girl and both of them able to reunite with the brother. Simple, yet nice event.
