Ok, so this is my first review here at MAL but this anime was something else thus i thought it deserved a review.

After reading the plot synopsis i was unsure as to what to make of the anime but eventually made the decision that it was worth watching after all it is rated reasonable highly here, so what did i have to lose.

Now, im a guy that loves a bit of violence, gore and a bit of nudity will always grab any males attention. This particulair anime has all three in a big way. The shock factor alone in the first 10 minutes or so ... should be enough to make you want to turn take a good hard look at yourself in the mirror.

Dispite all of that, the anime is quite fast past. To me the characters have depth and a back drop to them that makes you want to know more. It keeps you interested and entertained, whilst managing to keep ahold of the intial shock fact through out the entire run by touching on subjects that on there own would be aweful to people, let alone thrown into the mix that this anime has.

This anime is something else, thats my final word really. Your either love it or hate it, its like marmite but i would strongly recommend checking this anime out. Just make sure you have a strong stomach and sit throught the first episode
