I'd been waiting to watch this film for so long and i had very high expectations for it. But i´m afraid to say, now I've already watched it, that it turned out to be quite mediocre and a disappointment.
As some other reviews of the Given Movie suggest, one of its biggest problems was its pacing. The flow of the overall movie feels out of place: the plot portrays itself as a very emotionally complex one, but the tempos are all over the place, which ends up messing up with some of the subtleties and deep moments throughout the film.
