Okay so there may not be many obvious links between AnoHana and Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii, but I feel like there is one main thing they both do: they make you think about the world, about life, and show you in the most beautiful way possible how much there is to it all. While AnoHana is more about bringing friends together and Soredemo is about romance, they both do an excellent job at making you reflect on the beauty of the world and they both give off the same sort of feel.

Isshuukan Friends.

Both animes have a girl reluctant to make friends because she thinks it'll be an inconvenience (although Kaori just doesn't want to hurt anyone whereas Shizuku thinks they'll be a pain). There aren't many direct similarities between the two animes apart from the romance genre and similar art style, but both Hase and Haru are similar in the sense that they're the ones initiating the relationship. There is also the fact that it's because of Hase that Kaori makes friends, which is like how it is because of Haru that Shizuku does the same. They have a similar feel so if you like one anime you'll like the other.

Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka?

Both animes are about a group of girls doing something they love - while in Girls und Panzer is about tankery, Gochuumon is about cafes and rabbits. Both have their moments of comedy (although I think there is more in Gochuumon, due to Panzer having more of a focus on the competitive nature of tankery), and are entertaining in similar ways. All in all I think if you like one, you will like the other, since they both give off the same feel.
