If you liked Uragiri wa Boku no Namae wo Shitteiru add

...then you might like Togainu no Chi add

Both anime have a guy who goes willingly into a world of fighting. In each there is a mysterious guy in a cape. Both are Shounen Ai. Togainu no Chi has a much darker atmosphere to it, though, and is better for people who can handle blood splatter.

...then you might like Shiki add

Both are set in an extremely small town where mysteries are appearing. Both seem pretty innocent and calm, but actually have deeper meanings in them involving death. Also, in both animes there is a type of illness or disease that only effect the people of the village.

...then you might like Suki tte Ii na yo. add

Haruna and Mei remind me of each other.. They both have a calm personality, and sometimes they have the same expressions. If you really liked one of the main lead characters, then you'd like the other.

If you liked Ghost Hunt add

...then you might like Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro add

Both have a girl who becomes the partner of a guy who is extremely smart and who solves crimes. Each have supernatural themes in it (Majin has more, though). The main girl in each anime at first appears to be weak and useless, but later on shows to be a perfect fit for the job. Each anime has a team of some sort that works in an office.

Each has a boy who tries to protect a girl because of their love. They're both adorable.
