I quickly watched the movie and it felt a bit strange although in my opinion this is a solid sequel to the series. I had questions towards the end and it still felt incomplete but complete regardless?
Story-wise it is entertaining since we get to see another side of the story. As a person who binged the series (almost) twice, it was a refreshing take. Art felt like it came out in the early 2010s, I loved the changes they made however, the action scenes were to die for. Sound and characters pretty much fall under a 7 or 8 since it was made to adjust

I started the series four years ago and I stopped for a while and picked it up again this year. I rewatched all 37 episodes and finished the rest. I have to say despite the opinions of fans (and non-fans, too) in skipping this version, personally, I see this one as a must-seen series still. Feeling its a bit short on the ending, a bit rushed I might say because I was shocked to digest too much information, it is still great.
