The humor in these two shows is the exact same (alright, Seitokai Yakuindomo is much more extreme in it's humor, but they have the same comedic base). Ao is always misunderstanding events and actions in an erotic way, or just reading to much into the situation. this is the same comedic base as Seitokai Yakuindomo, but there is an actual romance going on here. Also, this is the second series that has made me laugh out loud at least three times per episode, every episode. I fyou need a hint for the first series to do that, look at this recommendation.

Both works are written by the same author, FUNA, and take a cute light hearted, whimsical approach to the isekai genre. Although they do fall into the isekai genre, and contain many cliched tropes common in isekai, I cannot call them cliche. They put a comedic twist on traditional scenes, ad the characters don't always act like you would expect.

Both of these series take the concept of a well respected/revered student council at a private academy, and put their own hilarious twist on it, showing that what is on the outside isn't always what is actually going on.
