I'm just going to review this purely on my own enjoyment, and how I thought it all came together.
Story: This is one of those stories where you get thrown right in, and you're not certain what's going on. It's also one of those stories where the Main character is one of the only males, and he is the top dog. He's randomly the top dog, when he joins a school of mages. That's right a school. So here we have, an easy setting to navigate, and the 'trinity seven,' three antagonists that don't show up till the last two episodes, and a sister of the
...
trinity seven. So that's 11 girls for this Main Character to chose from in his big harem. Basically, it's as cookie cutter as it gets. The Main MC, is an all powerful mage, right off the bat. The fan service is also off the charts, happening at one scene every three to four minutes. Not to say, fan service is bad, and shouldn't be put in a story, It just felt like it was over done. It was enjoyable, because of the magic factor. A decent portion of the magic was explained, and the way the world worked was explained, therefore I think that put it above and beyond a lack luster harem show.
Art- The character designs were pretty cute, and Arata was decently handsome, same with the headmaster. When the shit hit the fan, the magical fights were fantastic. My biggest and most glaring problem with the show was that they DIDN'T go anywhere besides the school, and maybe a beach. So all we saw was a crappy 'cg' model of a school and it's rooms, and outside campus, and maybe a pretty background of a ruined world at sun set.
Sound- I loved the opening song. I watched it 9 times! It had a very wild song, that reminded me of 'another's' op. If you've seen it! I can get behind the soundtrack as very soothing on the ears, and playing the right moods at the right times.
Character: Literally no development for any of the characters. I thought the tidbits for the characters were lacking. The only real details we got were how the characters got along together and what trope they fell into in a harem world.
Enjoyment: I liked it! It's probably not for the most critical players in the anime game, but you know its a decent watch being that it's 12 episodes. I can get behind it as being a 'hit or miss' but you can see for yourself. If you dislike overly undeveloped harems (and I don't mean their bust sizes), don't watch it.
Overall: Seven. It's good, but it isn't THAT good. I can give it a seven due to it's soundtrack, decent magical background, and great fights. We all factor in different 'feelings' when writing reviews and giving anime a score. Up to you how you think it'll do.

There comes a time in every anime viewers life when they come across something seemingly unique and are compelled to watch it. Either through stunning visuals, or an interesting synopsis, we dive into an anime world knowing full well it might just end up being 'meh.' Right, so here I arrive with this anime, Aoharu x Kikanjuu.
Story: It was a 'good' story. The whole premise of them becoming the best in Japan at survival games was interesting, and kept me in it for the long run. What I didn't like is how they kept speeding things up further than they'd need to, they squished a
...
lot into one 12 episode anime leaving me somewhat unsatisfied.
Art: Possibly the strongest point this anime had. The action scenes were what kept me watching this, and the creepy close up shots on many of the characters faces made the show have stunning visuals (like I said above). The designs of characters and more specifically the secondary characters uniforms were really cool. I mean, it wasn't gurren lagann level of fantastic art, but it was really SHINY.
Sound: The sound felt out of place to be honest, there was too much elevator music. It's literally what you would of listened to waiting to get to the floor of your hotel room. It seemed too jazzy for the show, as no one really had a jazzy personality. Not even Mattsun had that spunky of a personality. The music didn't match the story. Regarding the intro song, it was fun to listen to. So the whole soundtrack wasn't a whole miss. And it wasn't making my ears fall off or anything. The voices were just okay. I thought midori's voice did a good job highlighting him being very sadistic and Yukki's voice matching him as being pretty dull/interested in perverted things.
Character:
I kind of wish this was a shounen-ai so instead of deliberately hiding that the main character is a girl most of the show, they'd of just had her as a him. The main 'girl' is pretty unfeminine and looks more like a uke to me.
If you like that the main character is a justice freak, well, you'll have a ball, but she falls a little flat in development. Not just physical (budum bum).
I liked the dynamics between the secondary character team and the first, but the characters really weren't developed any further than just being a tool to the action of the story and humor. It was ALL about the survival games and the friendship that made no sense to of been made (besides sharing an interest) and the loss of friendship. If you're okay with characters having no individuality past being 'sadistic' 'masochistic' 'bloodthirsty,' or 'mundane' then I guess you can watch it.
Overall:
It wasn't a BAD show by any means. It had great action, the art was spectacular, and it COULD be interesting at times. So it's a good action story that doesn't take up much time, and it's about a game that some of us play, and the passion that comes with it. I guess don't knock it till you try it?

Holy cow! NO ONES WRITTEN A REVIEW OF THIS?!
LOL!
Okay, I'm writing a review of this because it deserves one.
Story (9): This story is inspiring to say the least. It talks about a guy who went through elementary school and middle school being the head delinquent (his nickname is devil-ma kun!) and turning a new leaf and joining a tea club. It's all in the pursuit of being kind as his life's goal. That's admirable! He goes through ups and downs to find himself. It's all hilarious no matter what the situation, but it's definitely deep. It's just a normal high school manga, but
...
it's unique to being fully focused on clubs. It's really cool. I'm not trying to be biased though.
I gave it one point less than ten because nothings perfect story wise.
Art (8): The artwork is super unique, no kidding. They all actually look Japanese, no one with purple hair, or blue eyes (you can tell by the shading and covers). And Devil- ma kun actually has devilish eyes, which intrigued me even more. It gets an 8 because, it may be unique but it isn't something to gawk at that long.
Character (8):
The characters get developed quite nicely, if I do say so myself. Even if it is fully comedy, you still learn about Ma-kun's past, and his buddies pasts. They do go back in time, And no one has a dull personality in the tea club, and their neighbors the anime club. They all have their own hilarious quirks.
Enjoyment (10):
I gave it a ten because nothing makes me laugh this much (rarely) except sun-ken rock. It's super enjoyable and if you like delinquents, funny situations, and stand offs this is the manga for you. There is also a tiny bit of romance in it that you can't help but love.
Overall: (9)
READ IT! IT'S WORTH IT! Sorry for all the caps, but still I want you to read it and enjoy it. I thought it deserved a 9 because it's so nice. I love this kind of manga. It's totally realistic, well at least mostly.

It's a mind blowing manga for a normal american girl like me.
It'll give you highs and lows and keep you interested. If you like romance mixed with a lot of drama this is probably the story for you.
Story(8):
I really enjoyed the story, and it kept me wanting more. I basically was real sad when it ended. But be warned, theres a lot of smut, and I mean ALOT! But if that's your thing (it is mine, smut makes for an interesting story most of the time) then this will be a great manga for you to read. If you don't like smut, don't read it.
...
The romance kept me on my toes, and I was jumping in my seat like a girl my age would do normally.
Art (8)
The art work is really cool. I mean it was fun to look at and the main characters are very handsome and beautiful. The bodies were drawn fabulously when they were naked (Don't worry manga doesn't fully portray genitals or breasts so you really won't see that, but there is a suggestion that they are there).
Character (9)
The characters were developed very nicely. You learn about both of their pasts, and why they are both so wounded in their hearts. Why they need someone to love and want to protect one another.
Enjoyment (10)
I enjoyed this manga full hardheartedly. It's in my favorite manga list. I only have 5 places for other manga and this made the top 5.
Overall (9)
You should read this manga if your into smut, romance, and drama, and an interesting plot.

This has got to be the most underrated animes of all time. I had a heck of a time watching this one. It had beautiful ways of displaying it's themes, and the stained glass art throughout the whole show seemed brilliant. It made sense at the end, and that makes up for the story at the beginning. I like animes with a good ending. You should too. The sound was pretty alright and didn't put me to sleep. Characters seem pretty good, especially the nurse, she's adorable.
Overall I gave this a 9 because it's extremely underrated and that's disappointing to me.

Naruto is way over-ally overrated!
That's what you wanted to read, right? I say its only a little bit overrated. Its famous because its original. Leave it alone. You can not say some else's opinion is worse than yours. Its pretty lame to knock down the majority of opinions for your own. Its only a bit overrated because it does not have the best music or art. It has average art and cheesy music. But the story is developed quite nicely and it gets your heart pumping. Enjoyment is the most important thing here. What other reason would you watch an anime for?
Story: The story
...
is amazing! You cannot knock naruto down. There are ninjas with special powers they made themselves! The main character has a sad setup too! It makes it all the more interesting. It even has a world economy built into the story! I know there are only villages in each country, but that's okay. I'd say there are weak points in the story though. There are a couple electronics in this society and hospitals which does not make sense because they do not have cars or planes or ships. It also does not tell us what planet naruto is on or what time period it is based in.
Art: I thought the art was pretty average. It was not spectacular (especially on episode 1) but it was bearable. I thought the noses and ears of the characters looked pretty weird. Ah! Annoying to look at. The fight scenes were pretty awesome and well done though. The art in them was amazing, and made the scenes all the more interesting to watch.
Sound: Hmm.. I say it's fairly done. I thought it was pretty cheesy, but I got attached to it. The soundtrack fits really well with what anime it's going with though. It moves the anime along quite well. If you listen to the songs without watching the anime though, you may find them quite boring or weird. The openings and endings of the show have really well done music in them. I enjoyed all the intro and outro songs. Hopefully you do as well.
Character development: This is not poorly done, but i'd say it lacks a lot. In the second series of naruto, there is a whole lot more development. I just don't understand why they had to have such average development in the first series. There is hardly any character development with anyone besides the main characters. I know you will probably disagree, but it's true. Many are left with a bad after taste after watching this first show. Its really hard to understand where some of the characters are going.
Enjoyment: This series is thoroughly enjoyable. It has a lot of fillers yes, but the fillers are quite enjoyable too. The fillers made me laugh hell of a lot, or made me feel relief from the intensiveness of the real story. It may make a lot of people complain of how repetitive this show can get, but i feel it adds to it. Its not bad to repeat ideas and expand on them. It's only impatient people who get frustrated with repetition.
Overall, it's a good watch. I recommend it to anyone who has time on their hands and wants to watch an upbeat show. It's fairly interesting, and never gets boring (at least for me.).
Warning: There are huge fillers everywhere in the show. Without them there would only be 140 episodes... not 220. I suggest you skip them and maybe watch them later when you run out of everything naruto. Do whatever you want.

Monster is a very intriguing story and I loved it. The depth to the characters really made me jump in my seat. The show just rolled along very smoothly, and there was never a time when I thought: Boring, I want to watch some other anime now. I thought it was the best Psychological Horror that I've ever seen, it was even better than Death Note.
Story: I thought the story was magnificent. From episode to episode, everything was original and I didn't get to understand the whole plot tell the last episode so it kept me on the edge of my seat.
Art: The
...
art style is not perfect, but it comes pretty close. In this anime, the Japanese actually look like Japanese people. They do not have weird colored hair, or multiple colors of shades for their eyes. In this anime, the Europeans look like Europeans. The facial and body structure makes sense. Also, the facial expressions are amazing, if you love seeing peoples faces really go out of wack watch this.
Sound: I loved the soundtrack. I especially loved the ending theme song, it reminded me of a scary childrens book. If you like suspending music that is not cheesy, and fits the mood of the anime, than you should watch this.
Characters: I felt that every character belonged. Everyone fit, and everyone was developed. The creator did not leave room for someone to wonder why a character was even in the story after they watched the series. Even the minor characters were developed a bit, and I understood who they were.
Overall: If you love a good psychological thriller with lots of blood and extreme facial expressions, watch this, it'll make you jump for joy.
Warning: Do not watch this anime if: You do not like excessive killing (someone dies basically in every episode), you don't like to think a lot, or you just do not like anime that is not happy all the time.
