Here are my tastes to better understand my reviews:

What I like:
(From most important at the top to least important at the bottom)

- A good storyline
- Coherence
- Nuanced, complex characters, neither completely good nor completely evil
- Originality, when the author dares to go off the beaten path
- Having to piece together the story myself rather than having everything explained in detail
- A well-developed and immersive world
- A good soundtrack
- Unresolved subplots that leave room for mystery and theories

What I don’t mind:
- Animation quality
- Art style
- Anime genre
- Fan service, as long as it doesn’t harm the story

What I dislike:
(From worst at the top to least bad at the bottom)
- Incoherence in the world or the plot
- Clichéd or shallow characters
- Elements that come out of nowhere just to push the story forward (plot armor, deus ex machina, etc.)
- Stories that stagnate for too long without progressing the main plot
- Wasting too much time on uninteresting side characters
- Predictable storylines
- Overexplaining the story instead of letting the audience figure things out
- A lack of stakes or tension
