Honestly, I'm sure If I should do a full review on this anime, just because it feels like there is more to come. It ended on such a weird note and it made you feel like there was another episode to watch after 11.
However, considering that this was a fairly recent anime and the world as we all know is going through a pandemic, it can be fairly difficult to release more episodes since it takes a considerable amount of time to draw and animate adaptations from a manga.
With that out of the way lemme break down why I have given "Wotakoi: Love is Hard
...
for Otaku" a 10/10.
Story - 10/10
Firstly, growing up from a kid to an adult can be scary and also exciting at the same time. We all have our own favorite hobbies, interests, or that dirty little secret that you just want to keep quiet about, and believe me I have few secrets which I would never share with anyone, no matter who they are.
Nowadays, people don't like to admit it but it's part of our society and how we live in. This anime essentially touches on that topic, the English translation of the title is "It's Difficult to Love an Otaku" which if your living underneath a rock essentially means it's difficult to find love while you personally love all things anime and manga-related.
Bring in characters that are exactly like that and work together in an office can bring an interesting storyline on what a possible scenario outcome would be. Welcome to a story of office romance, finding love, and a strong culture of otakus and gamers.
Now, for those who watch anime and read manga on a daily basis, you can heavily relate to this show as it can be hard to find love or a potential relationship if someone like you watches this kind of thing. Opening up about this sort of topic can tell a lot about your personality and sharing it with friends can be a difficult experience too. You have no idea how your friend might react once they know you like watching anime and reading manga. Some people would take it and blow it out of proportion and make fun of you, call you names, and eventually that friendship would fizzle, it's the same sort of thing if you had a girlfriend/boyfriend, and during this anime one character by the name of Narumi, Momose had that exact same experience and her relationship with her boyfriend, it fizzled then died. She then, therefore, vowed to herself that she would keep her love for anime and manga a secret and would never share it with anyone unless they like the same thing.
This anime's story was truly sweet, cute, funny, and quirky at the same time. The plot twists were fairly minimal and you can follow the story of a relationship-building between Hirotaka and Narumi.
Art - 9/10
As always, the art was truly well done. The design of the characters looked great, but I guess it took me a while to adjust to the eyes of certain characters, but only because most of the other anime's I have watched, the character's eyes were big and bold.
I did however get used to it but anything slightly different than the eye design in this anime would kinda put me off.
However, overall, the art and surroundings were superb and it really set the tone well.
Sound - 9/10
Fabulous, nothing else much to say. The opening was so catchy and so cheery it was perfect to hum along to when starting a new episode and that ending theme, my god, was utterly brilliant. I have even edited that soundtrack and turned it into a mobile phone/cell phone ringtone, it is that good. Of course, the soundtracks within the anime complemented all the scenes really well.
Character - 10/10
I think I've covered most of this section in the art and story sections but I guess I could say a few words here and try not to repeat myself. The character's in this anime were truly well portrayed and it made an all-around enjoyable experience to watch. The personality's of the characters were really interesting to learn about;
:- a girl with an obsessed love interest for anime and manga.
:- a boy who loves gaming and would not eat, drink or sleep during a vacation and just keep playing his games.
:- a girl who loves cosplaying as a guy (very interesting indeed, I wonder how she hid those humungous hungolomghnonoloughongous) while she was cosplaying.
and finally
:- a guy who likes watching anime and reading manga
It made the entire story and experience of this anime and really enjoyable one, I just wish there were more episodes, but I guess it's the waiting game now, hmmm.
Overall - 10/10
This anime was really good and I really enjoyed it, I would like to thank all my otaku friends for recommending me this anime, a solid choice and yes I would recommend this anime to all my friends who haven't seen it.
Well, that pretty much sum's up my review for "Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku", if more episodes come out, I might add more but for now, time to watch another anime.
Thank you very much for reading if you got this far, I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Plot twist after plot twist after plot twist, I guess that's why they called it Shuffle!
I'm not quite sure how to start this review, I guess I have been on a dizzy joyride of emotions like a teacup that won't stop spinning on a theme park ride, but I digress.
Shuffle! is a classic anime of romance, comedy, drama, and for the first time ever, for me personally, a harem. I have never watched a harem anime and I'm glad I started with Shuffle! I don't actually know what harem means but I guess it's essentially 1 guy, 5 beautiful girls that would equal a variety
...
of romantic outcomes. Forgive me if I got that wrong but I guess that's what it could have been.
Anyway, enough of me rambling on, let's get into the main brunt of the review and why I have given this anime a high score of 10/10
Story - 9/10 (Spoilers Ahead)
The story of this anime I was unsure of, it didn't sound like something I would be interested in, but how I was wrong, god damn. To begin with, we are introduced to 2 main characters, Rin Tsuchimi and Kaede Fuyou. Rin is a simple young high school student attending Verbena Academy. He lives alongside his childhood friend Kaede who goes above and beyond in looking after Rin.
She literally does everything, from cooking, cleaning, clothes washing, food shopping, you name it, if it's a daily task, Kaede is on the job. I truly felt sorry for her, waking up so early to cook breakfast, waking up Rin, and getting him ready for school when Kaede is only a childhood friend. In some episodes, Rin was taking advantage of Kaede and that was truly pissing me off, almost to the point I had to stop watching, as I couldn't stand Rin's selfishness anymore.
Rin and Kaede both attend the same school and on the first day back, they are introduced along with myself, to 2 new transfer students, called Sia and Nerine. These 2 girls share a personality between them, Sia is a daughter of a god, and Nerine is a daughter of a demon. They both have supernatural powers but mainly Sia just hit's her father with a chair when she gets embarrassed and Nerine goes explosive mad with magical energy, I guess that's where the comedy part lies.
After school, Kaede attends a cooking club with the smart cook Asa who is teaching Kaede everything she knows about cooking so that Kaede can continue producing great-tasting food for Rin. Rin then walks home by himself that day and stops by the supermarket only to bump into Sia who is struggling to decide on what meat packet to buy, Rin helps her out and thanks Rin for the help by calling out his first name.
As Rin is walking home, he hears a girl singing on a park swing and listens in, only to disturb her and that girl turns out to be Nerine. Rin compliments her on her singing voice and Nerine thanks him in return by calling Rin by his first name, but how did both Sia and Nerine know Rin's first name when he only just met them?
Rin continues to walk home and stops by the video arcade to put his mind off the bizarreness of that day. While in the arcade he sees a girl trying to win a claw machine game and offer's her some money to pay for a go, however, Rin doesn't have enough cash on him and apologizes, Rin continues to walk home. Her name, by the way, is Primula, a young girl who is part of the demon world but you would need to watch the anime to learn about her backstory, not going to spoil it here.
As the story goes on, the anime branches out with a variety of romantic backstories with all the characters, and each backstory is truly well written and detailed. It just makes you want to watch more and more.
The number of emotions that went through me while watching this anime was truly inspiring and I just didn't want to stop watching it.
There are times I just wanted to choke the fuck out of Rin as in some episodes he treated the only girl who showed respect, love and cares towards him, Kaede. Rin treated her with a disgusting attitude and I just wanted to fucking.... you get it.
If I had to rate the girls, this would be my take;
Kaede - Lovable girl with a bubbly personality and would be there for my every need. I would treasure her, respect her, help out as much as I can and she is definitely waifu material. Guess you could say I'm simping for her, xd.
Primula - A adorable young girl with a loving presence about her but she needs to learn the major things about love and romance first, she's far too young to be having a boyfriend let alone the thing that revolves around love and how you can show that to the other sex, you know what I'm talking about
Sia - There are 2 sides with Sia, the shy, unconfident girl then the other side, the slutty, in-your-face type who puts you into embarrassing and almost regrettable situations, but hot damn, is she cute when she's on that side.
Nerine - Not much I can say about her, I think she is the same as Sia's first side and I would say she is a lovely person to talk to if you are down in the dumps but other than that, not much else to say.
The hell? I've gone way off topic here, I guess I just tend to waver in a random direction, I didn't really talk much about the story. I guess since there are 24 episodes, there is a lot to talk about so all I can say, is to watch the anime and find out for yourself. The story was great, truly something different and I would recommend this anime to anyone who likes the same sort of thing as I do.
Now, lemme stop this section and move on.
Art - 10/10
Without question, the art in this anime is truly well done. It's almost as good as Kyoto and I won't be saying that if I didn't mean it. The art and animation were truly well done and it deserves to be 10/10.
Change my mind.
Sound - 10/10
The music and sounds in an anime is a key aspect on what makes a scene the way it is, a happy scene, a cheerful soundtrack, a sad scene, a slow mellow soundtrack. Shuffle! is certainly up there with the soundtracks, each scene no matter how sad or happy the scene was, the soundtrack complemented the scene well if only I knew what they were called so I could listen to them on a daily basis, hmmm.
Character - 10/10
What can I say about the character, after all, they were drawn beautifully and I only wish I had at least one of those girls in my life but I keep forgetting, this is a fictional story and it's not real, but how I wish it was. I would love to live my life forevermore with Kaede or Sia, my heart just sings for those two. The character design was fabulous and every change of clothes the girls had to wear was certainly not a letdown.
Enjoyment - 10/10
Can't you tell with the rating, of course, I enjoy it, I would recommend this anime to anyone and everyone to loves anime just as much as I do. Yes, I'm only just starting my journey, but I have fallen deeper into the fucking rabbit hole that anyone else has when they first started watching anime and you would need a fucking 200 ft long rope to haul me out of it. Anime will and is now part of my life and it will never disappear nor will I grow out of it. I'll introduce my children to it, and they'll hopefully introduce their children's children into and anime will live on in my life and future.
Overall 9.8-10/10
I kinda went off-topic slightly with the enjoyment section and I hope you don't mind but overall Shuffle! was almost masterpiece-like, not truly up there with the other romantic animes I have watched but is certainly in the mix. If I had to give my end all score for Shuffle! it would have to be 9.8/10.
End Comments
Fabulous anime, really enjoyable, I need to start watching more of these but the only time I have to watch anime is either during the day when I feel tired after working the breakfast shift at the hotel, or when I feel wide awake at the end of the dinner shift but need to go to sleep for the breakfast shift in the morning.
So for me right now it's kinda difficult, but that's my problem, not yours.
Anyway, brilliant anime, really enjoyed it and can't wait to watch my next series, hoping it doesn't disappoint.
Thank you very much for sticking around and reading this long review, I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

It's been a while since I have last done a review for an anime, I guess I was taking a small break just to recover. After watching Toradora I just felt like I burned myself out but I will say this, I'm truly glad that I came back to continue watching anime and I'm pleased to of continued my anime journey with Orange.
First and foremost, I would normally say that for me as a person it takes a while to get into a good anime, like I have said before that I would need to watch 5 or so episodes before I can continue watching
...
but not this time, I was already hooked by the second episode of Orange, it was really that good.
Anyway, I'm gonna stop rambling on and explain why I enjoyed Orange.
[WARNING - MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD]
Story - 8/10
We begin with the story. The main story behind Orange was a truly interesting one, a group of high school students all going about there day to day life in school and having a laugh. They all receive letters about themselves 10 years in their future and they all say practically one thing, Save Kakeru, a student who recently transfers from Tokyo, and join's this group of friends high school class.
As the story progresses we learn that Kakeru's mom dies and he was asked by her to come home straight away after the first day of school, but Kakeru ignores her and walks home with his new friends.
This put Kakeru in a downward spiral, of regrets, suffering, and sadness and he thought it would best to commit suicide himself in order to apologise to his Mom for all the mistakes he made.
However, this was all described in the letters Kakeru's friends got and it was their mission to prevent him from committing suicide.
As the story progresses, a beautiful tale of friendship and romance unfolds, and as it continues on we see a potential relationship between two main characters and as I watch on, there have been times where I have been talking/shouting to my iPad to either take the hand of Kakeru or to do something that would advance both Naho and Kakeru's relationship.
[SPOILERS END]
Art - 8/10
I for one was unsure about the art at first, I guess I'm not used to watching Orange's style of art but I have to say it grew on me and it didn't in any way impact my choice to continue watching. After it grew on me, the art was brilliant, and really enjoyed watching the characters show emotions during episodes as much as I did while watching.
Sound - 8/10
By far, the intro to this anime was utterly amazing, just that guitar part at the start always great humming material haha. During the anime, the sound I felt was barely noticeable, but in a good way, it wasn't at all distracting, it complimented scenes really well. However, for me, I find it difficult to focus on 2 things, if I were to listen to the music, I wouldn't be able to read the subtitles at the same time and vice versa.
That intro though was fantastic!
Character - 9/10
Without any question, the characters were truly designed beautifully, I haven't got much more to say about this, to be honest. All I can say is that the emotions the characters displayed felt very real even though it's fictional and to make a fictional story feel real is a tough job, so kudos on that.
Enjoyment - 9/10
Yeah, I enjoyed it, I would like to thank those who recommended it to me, that one being Roboroter. A close family friend, who gave me the recommendation. It was the right decision to give me that recommendation and if your a sucker of romantic-type animes, Orange is definitely worth a watch.
Overall - 8/10
I think I have pretty much-summed everything up about what I wanted to say. I can say this, however, if this anime is on your planned-to-watch, seriously give it a go, you might like it yourself and if you don't that's fine, everyone has their own choice of what anime they enjoy and romantic type ones are mine. I would find it difficult to watch something with action, apart from Dragon Ball, I love martial arts and that's the only anime I would watch that isn't a romantic type.
Anyway, that is about it, thanks for reading and I hope your all doing well!

If your a long-time reader of my anime reviews then you have heard this expression before. I'm a sucker for the romantic, slice of life animes and Toradora is certainly one of them.
Honestly, Toradora is a lovable anime but while watching this it does make you mad at times. Considering, the characters just don't have the courage at times to stand up and show where their loyalties lie and who their true love is but that's mainly to the end of the series.
This was a really fun and enjoyable anime to watch and is indeed up there with some of the others, but first, lemme
...
do my usual and break it down and share my own thoughts and opinions about why I have given this anime a 9/10
First and foremost, let's kick off with the;
Story - 8/10
Alright, the story about Toradora is a really sweet one showing us a simple school life between one Takasu, Ryuji, and Aisaka, Taiga.
Takasu is a single teen who lives with his mother and goes to school like every other 16-17 year old would do in his day-to-day life.
He is fairly mature of his age, always cleans up after himself and if he was see something dirty or was tasked to clean something, he would clean it with proper muscle power. In contrast, however, he has an intimidating face that often gets him labeled as a delinquent.
Then we are introduced to a cute petite girl, Aisaka, Taiga, but don't be fooled, she isn't at all sunshine and rainbows. She owns a wooden katana which I have no idea why maybe for self-defense? However, she has a fiery personality and it would take someone with guts and determination to woo her over. Throughout the school she attends along with Takasu, Ryuji, she is known as the "Palmtop Tiger".
As the story goes on, we pick up that Aisaka has a rich family and she was moved to this apartment building over personal family issues between her and her mother and father. She lives off pot noodles as it was described in the anime and doesn't clean up after herself. This lifestyle is completely different from Takasu, Ryuji, a simple guy who cleans up and cooks for himself, along with his mother who is a waitress at a nightclub but it's hard to keep track of what she actually does since throughout the series she has multiple jobs.
Anyway, both Takasu, Ryuji, and Aisaka, Taiga form some sort of vain friendship and eventually then show who they truly have a crush on. Taiga falls for and shows strong emotion towards Kitamura, Yuusaku who of course is Ryuji's best friend, then in a plot twist, Ryuji falls for and has strong emotions towards Kushieda, Minori who is (you guessed it) Taiga's best friend.
Both Ryuji and Taiga create a pact of sorts, where they will try and help each other to get close to their crush and hopefully start a relationship with their crush.
This at times doesn't always go to plan and you would need to watch the anime to understand what I'm trying to get at here, don't wanna put too many spoilers in here.
All I can say though, it doesn't always go to plan, and later on during the series, we eventually realize that those crushes were just fantasy's. We are eventually shown who Ryuji and Taiga truly love.
Art - 9/10
No question in my mind, the art was beautifully done but I have yet to watch an anime where I would think the art was utter crap.
It's difficult to talk about this subject since all anime art is professionally done and I know there is gonna be times where the art is cute, adorable, and beautiful but then the story is just bad, so bad, that I might have to drop it, not something I want to do.
Toradora's art was fantastically done.
Sound - 7/10
Eh, the sound wasn't the best I felt. To have an impactful anime you need to have some powerful music to go along with it. In some scenes, there was crying with gentle music in the background but it didn't make me feel sad or make me show emotions towards the characters, it just was a scene with the characters showing emotions, and that I was just sitting there watching it.
There are certain animes out there that have music for each character when they are on screen. Having character-specific soundtracks playing in the background when that character on screen, allows us, the viewer to connect with that character and if it's done right, the sad crying scenes would have an impact.
Character - 9/10
The character design was certainly top-notch. Watching the characters talking with others allowed me to connect well with the anime and I enjoyed watching them go through school life while having interesting adventures in-between.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the characters going through their day-to-day tasks and it made me feel happy and contempt when watching Toradora.
Enjoyment - 8/10
I very much enjoyed Toradora, it was a truly lovely anime to watch before bedtime and I would recommend this to anyone who has the same love for romance, drama, and slice of life animes. You won't be disappointed but everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you don't always have to agree with mine, this is just my thoughts.
Overall - 9/10
Toradora was a fantastic anime and I would like to thank those who recommended it to me. I thoroughly loved watching it and would love to watch it again but I'm not overly crazy for Toradora. Some people who say it was alright, whereas me, I would say it was not alright, but not brilliant, somewhere in between, unsure what word to use here.
Anyway, if you have this in your planned to watch, don't hold back and give it a try, you might be surprised.
Anyway, that's essentially all that I have to say about "Toradora!"
I hope you enjoyed reading this review.
Thanks for reading!

ef: A Tale of Memories was certainly an interesting anime, several love stories all told beautifully.
Love, tragedy, and sadness are all the ingredients for an anime to make you cry however some shows have the same ingredients but they don't always have the same impact. So why is this show different from the others, you ask? Well, lemme break it down and explain my personal views on this anime.
Story - 9/10
The story of this anime was truly something I have never experienced before, with several love stories being told from different angles and at different points. Some of these stories combined together and some had
...
no connection with others.
Let's first start with Chihiro and Renji-Kun;
This beautiful story of romance was certainly a tear-jerker for me, the fact that Chihiro can't remember what she did 13 hours ago can be tough for people who love her deeply and that she has to write everything down in a diary for her to remember after 13 hours had passed. Showing love and affection to someone who has this difficult condition, I can only imagine how tough it would be on that person and Renji-Kun showed that brilliantly during the anime. His feelings were so strong for Chihiro and that writing a novel and eventually going out for a date with Chihiro made it even more beautiful. It's only when Chihiro knew that after 13 hours she would forget everything about Renji-Kun and what they did on the date they had. Chihiro thought it would best to rip out the memories she had with Renji as she felt that forgetting every 13 hours would hurt Renji-Kun, so she thought it would best to break up so he didn't have to go through that pain during the time they were together. Only having to break Renji-Kun down so much that he didn't want to go ahead in his future forgetting Chihiro and decided to collect all the ripped pieces of Chichiro's diary and return them to her. That really made me cry a little, just that show of affection and love towards others really is beautiful.
The other character stories were certainly different and sometimes quite hard to follow. I guess the only one I enjoyed was Chihiro and Renji-Kun. The other love stories were nice and beautiful but in their own way.
Art: 9/10
The art was truly well done. Some scenes really captured the moment when something beautiful was happening in the story and art is just as important as the story. Combine the 2 together and you get a brilliant outcome and this anime displays that really well. It's hard to explain in detail what I mean but I'm sure you see it too when watching an anime like this.
Sound: 7/10
I have rated the sound 7/10, just because it was bland in some places. I was expecting some brilliant anime intro and ending, something I can remember the anime by if I was to make a playlist of the music used and there isn't much of an intro or ending to this anime. There is only music played throughout the episodes which was good but I think it needed a proper intro to get someone hooked into watching it, I'll explain more later.
Character: 9/10
Again the character design was brilliant, truly well done to the producer and studio behind it. They really capture the beauty of the characters well and made it enjoyable to watch. The time and consideration into every scene and you can see that when watching this anime.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I gotta be honest here, I found it slightly difficult to watch this anime as there was no main intro or ending. Something that gets me hyped for the next episode but as I'm watching the episodes I wanted to keep watching.
At time's there was gaps where I missed out watching a couple of episodes one evening, at times it was because I was too tired or it was because I couldn't get myself into watching more.
I didn't dislike this anime, god no, it was great, it just lacked that feeling for hooking you in to watch more and more. At best I could only watch maybe 2 a night and other times, not watch anything at all, which felt really wrong for me. Missing out on my daily anime was a real wrong feeling for me and I disliked it.
Anime for me, I need that hooked feeling and if it doesn't give me that, I find it difficult to carry on, but the annoying thing is, the anime, in general, was brilliant, I loved watching the episodes, just found it hard to carry on.
Overall: 8/10
A short sweet story of love, heartbreaks, tragedy, and sadness, the exact ingredients to make a romantic anime, and this anime is no exception. It was a fantastic anime to watch and I would recommend this to any one of my friends who likes the same genres as me, planning of watching it? Go for it!
That pretty much sums my review for ef: A Tale of Memories, thank you for reading if you got this far!

Angel Beats, this anime was certainly interesting, to say the least. As with all anime's some can be a very slow start and Angel Beats was no exception. I have to admit though at times I'm normally an avid anime watcher, I would watch maybe 4 or 5 episodes a night but I could only really managed 2 of Angel Beats a night for some unknown reason. I'm not saying it's bad, god no, I guess I just found it difficult to follow the story a little bit.
In a nutshell, Angel Beats is basically a group of teenaged students who are currently in some sort
...
of afterlife in which those students are dead and refuse to 'move on' to the next life, sound's confusing I know, it had me a couple of times but I digress. Don't get me wrong the setting was definitely original and I also expected it to a tear-jerker but it wasn't nearly as powerful as Clannad.
Angel Beats has some sort of duality about it, one of them being a comedy, in some scenes, it was really well timed and on multiple occasions, I was laughing so hard at my TV screen, I would lose my breath. I even had to skip back a couple of minutes to re-watch a scene since I might have missed part of the subtitles.
The other, well I would say it more of a melodrama. Each character had their own backstory which was told really well and you begin to understand why that character was in this 'afterlife'. Some of it was depressing tales, others it was a sad story and the last one was regret on not being able to do all their life goals since they in the previous life had an accident of sorts and their health got worse over time and died in that life.
Adding to that was the music, from the first time you hear the intro you start to love it. I did find it a little weird when the band started playing during an episode but of course, it was a concert distraction but I guess I never saw it coming. Gentle background music is I guess what I have been used to hearing when watching anime, so listening to a band playing a song as a distraction caught me off guard, I'm not saying in any way that it was bad, just unexpected, the music was great!
Now I have given you an insight, lemme break it down.
Story - 7/10
The story unveiled itself slowly and at times it was a little bit too slow but it still kept me watching. Some episodes teach you the various aspects of the world while others spend their time screwing around. All of those aspects were really fun to watch and enjoyable but I can see how people might drop this series as they might think it's a waste of time.
Art - 9/10
The art was beautiful. All the characters were designed brilliantly and were fun to watch. The facial reactions of some characters had me cry out with cuteness while others had me cry with love and romance.
(Off-topic here)
-Animation: Ok, I firmly believe that Art and Animation are two very different things.
Art for me is a character picture and how that character looks like. Animation on the other hand is how that character is displayed and how the character moves, during scenes and any additional graphic effects and perhaps also lighting.
Animation - 9/10
The animation was superb, especially during concerts. The lighting effects give the show a washed-out look but only slightly, not quite sure how to explain that if some were to ask me, it's just what I think. Of course, I believe it was the intended effect, in the end, it certainly made it look great. The character movements were also sleek and smooth, really did like how some of the animations were portarayed in some of the action-packed scenes, like the shoot-outs or when Kanade would summon her Guard Skills.
Sound - 10/10
I guess this is going back to what I said previously before I broke it all down. The music was outstanding, I really enjoyed listening to the intro, I never skipped it and if you did, shame on you. The concert music was also outstanding as well, it was a real shame that the concert music would be slightly lowered so you can hear what the characters were saying during a scene but of course, I can just look up those tracks online and find the full version. What's great about the intro to Angel Beats, is that it was played on a piano, MY FAVOURITE instrument. I would love to learn how to play the piano, read music and be able to play the Angel Beats theme song at home!
Character - 9/10
This one is a tricky subject to talk about, all the characters had their own backstory and some of the backstories felt like there was more behind them. The supporting characters had a very short backstory but still meant something, if only the backstories had more meaning and were talked about more I would have shown more feelings towards that character and maybe connect with them more.
Yuri is a prime example, we are given at least a 5-minute backstory about her past and that was truly powerful and sad, while others only had a very short backstory and I don't know about you, I found it hard to connect with them on a mental note.
Enjoyment - 10/10
Oh yeah, this was really enjoyable after 3 episodes. Each episode was action-packed and filled with excitement, comedy, and that feeling of life.
If I was to watch this as it was being aired then I would always check to see if a new episode would get released and if so, watch it, then become empty for a whole week until the next episode comes out. Thankfully I watched this when all episodes were released and that made me enjoy it more!
Overall - 9/10
It's a very enjoyable show and I really enjoyed watching it. If your looking for something that's funny and gives a slice-of-life vibe then Angel Beats is highly recommended.
I can't help but compare this anime to Clannad, it expertly managed to capture the drama and the waves of emotion from the viewer. It almost feels like the show is psychic and knows when to say or show something to get the massive impact and reaction towards the viewer. The final scene didn't reduce me to tears as what Clannad ~ After Story did but it was certainly up there.
In conclusion, I'm very happy that I spent the time watching Angel Beats and it will be hard to move on from the show. I will still go back to it one day and re-watch it for sure and of course, I have my SoundCloud with the opening and closings to the anime which I can listen to whenever I feel like.
I hope you enjoyed reading my review on Angel Beats, it was certainly a great show to watch and as I said before I would highly recommend it to any of my followers or friends.
Thank you very much for reading and enjoy the rest of your day!

Someone please just hug me and let me cry in your arms...
I laughed, I cried, and I experienced something that truly changed my life forevermore. Clannad ~After Story~ is one of those animes that can bring a 24-year-old man to tears and sob underneath his bed covers while watching this beautiful tale of romance.
I will never forget my experience watching this anime and it will be held my heart till I die, it was truly beautiful.
Now before I continue you must know that Clannad ~After Story~ is a continuation of the story from Clannad, so if you haven't watched the first season, then I highly
...
recommend that you do as it tells some key plot points and you get introduced to all the characters first hand.
This is going to be a long review as I have so much to say so please, sit back, relax and enjoy my review.
Main Review:
I honestly just do not know what to put here, the story of this anime was so beautifully done I'm getting goosebumps just trying to remember what amazing journey I have been on and how it has affected me on a mental and personal note.
Clannad ~After Story~ was truly a special tale of romance, relationships, friendships, and family. It struck me hard, like really hard, it made me cry in some scenes and made me sob underneath my bed covers. At times I couldn't read the subtitles since my eyes were filled with tears and it was making my vision blurry, I had to wipe them away and skip back to read what I missed.
This anime will always and always will have a special place in my heart, I will never forget what kind of journey I have been on and just reminisce the beautiful tale of love, romance, and starting a family.
Story: 10/10
The story picks up from the first installment, we get to see our beloved characters grow and mature. Becoming part of society is a difficult task for anyone who has just begun their life and is no longer in care from their parents, they can do whatever they want, within reason. When I look back at the story, it tells a tale of 2 people who want to start a family, in this case, Tomoya and Nagisa. Both of them have their own problems and as time progresses we see those problems first hand and we watch and learn how they overcome any challenge they come across.
I just love both Tomoya and Nagisa, you honestly start to feel some enjoyment watching them becoming independent, becoming a couple, and creating a family together.
It only goes disastrous when certain issues arise and it's at this moment we start to feel emotional. I said before in my previous Clannad review that I went on a rollercoaster of emotions and after watching the after story, that rollercoaster hasn't stopped. This anime made me happy, made me concerned, made me sad, and made me cry and at times all 4 of these emotions were happening at the same time.
Clannad ~After Story~ is such a beautiful tale of strong romantic feelings to other people who you care for dearly. It teaches those who haven't had a relationship what a possible relationship would be like when you eventually find your soulmate.
At times I wasn't watching a story of a romantic love tale between two characters, I felt like I was apart of this story and the relationship between Tomoya and Nagisa
Art: 10/10
Without a doubt, Maeda Jun is a phenomenal artist bringing Clannad to life. He puts love and passion into each of the characters created and that love and passion show on the characters themselves while watching this beautiful anime.
I just love the faces of the characters, the size of female eyes are incredibly cute and then you add a small mouth, which just makes it even cuter. I just loved watching and continued to watch these characters as they grew and matured after they graduated from school.
Sound: 10/10
You might not pay attention to the sound at first but when you continue to hear it in episodes you begin to wonder that where can I listen to this track while on a journey and just close your eyes and hum it gently in your head. Clannad soundtracks are always beautiful and they become something special after you watch the entire series, they will never want to leave you.
Character: 10/10
While watching the ~After Story~ you are already familiar with all the characters if you watched season 1. The ~After Story~ only makes your connection with the characters stronger and more emotional as the episodes go on. You start to grasp those feelings and hold them close to your heart to the point of when something terrible happens you begin to cry and that's a good thing. You showed passion and love to something that isn't real and that just goes to show what kind of person you are, if you didn't cry watching this, then there is something wrong with you.
I'm a fairly strong person, and ever since my own parents died, I never cried or showed emotions, just went into unending despair but I eventually got supported by friends and other family members which made me the strong person I am today and I can happily talk about something that's meaningful to me. Yes of course I remember them and miss them dearly but we all die eventually so this is why we should all support each other even if it's a complete stranger.
Clannad ~After Story~ displays this really well and that's what made me show emotions to a fictional story.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Oh fuck yeah I enjoyed this anime, it opened up something that I never knew was there and I believe watching these tales of romance it will make me a more confident person to ask a woman out and not be a shy lonely person for the rest of my life. Every day is a new day and every day there is a new challenge and I will have to overcome that no matter what and that's exactly what Clannad was doing.
Tomoya wakes up, new challenges arise, he has to overcome them and show love towards his one and only, Nagisa.
This anime will always remain in a special place in my heart and if I was ever meet someone who loves anime as much as I do, then I will definitely want to watch Clannad and the After Story together as two people spending their lives forevermore.
If you haven't watched this anime yet, I recommend that you do and see how it changes you as a person, you will definitely want to talk about this anime once you're done and if you're looking for a person to talk too, I'm here, so shoot me a message.
Overall: 20/10
I can't quite comprehend how much this anime has changed me as a man and how it has changed my feelings towards others, especially when I meet my love of my life partner. It's gonna be hard to forget this anime and whenever I feel down or lonely, I will just turn on the television and watch this series again. Clannad and the After Story change people's vision of the world and you start to understand that life is not meant to be wasted and that you should make every day count! So what are you doing, go out into the world and talk with someone, you will feel much better about yourself, and if you're ignored, pushed away, or declined, keep trying, someone is out there for you!
Final Thoughts:
Clannad and the After Story is the best anime I have seen in a while, nothing can top it for me, move on Darling in the Franxx, Clannad is the King/Queen of my life right now. A huge thanks go out to the writers who wrote and designed this story, truly well done, it made me a better person and gave me self confidence in finding the special love of my life partner.
Thank you for reading!

Ok, just what the absolute fuck was that? I mean this is not anime, this is a furry cartoon. This is something that would be played on a children's tv channel late afternoon. The troubling thing with this furry cartoon is that it has really high reviews and scores but to truly honest this is not my type of thing.
You might be thinking why the hell did you continue to watch it after giving it such a poor score, well I guess there is a reason behind that, everything has a reason. My reason would be because of a friend. He is an anime enthusiast
...
and he recommended me this anime because I like strong powerful romance and relationship animes and Beastars was certainly not one of them, at least in my opinion.
Anyway, without further ado, lemme explain why I have given this such a poor score and I would like to apologize first hand to those reading this who loves loves loves this anime, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you don't have to agree with any of it.
Story - 6/10
Ok, I can see the concept behind the story here, it was truly interesting and inspiring. Carnivores and Herbivores living together and learning together at school. We learn that carnivores are trying to subdue their natural aspects of a carnivore and preventing themselves from eating herbivores, this show portrays that quite well to say the least. We next learn about romance and relationships between carnivores and herbivores and how they just can't work together because of each other's natural instincts.
Carnivores eat meat and drink blood, herbivores eat natural greens like leaves, vegetables and drink water, killing and passive, two very different aspects and this show explores that.
During the show, we learn that a relationship can't happen between a carnivore and an herbivore just because of that but that's about it, to be honest. Nothing really happens during the show that stands out to me. It's just a mish-mash of characters trying to make something work, maybe Netflix should think twice before making anime, harsh but its the truth, in my opinion anyway.
Art - 3/10
Sorry, but the art was just utter crap. Furry shows (I just can't make myself say 'anime' for some reason, because this isn't that) are not my cup of tea, it just doesn't make any sense in my head. Animals and Anime just do not mix at all, for me personally.
There is some save and grace, Legoshi and Juno are probably the only characters I enjoyed seeing on screen and watching but that doesn't change my score of 3/10, at best 3.5/10.
Sound - 5/10
Ok, the sound was good. In some scenes, the sound fitted perfectly and it created a nice atmosphere around what was happening during the scene, albeit something romantic or a high octane action scene but that's about it.
Character - 4/10
The character design and story arcs behind them are somewhat decent, but that's the only reason why I have given it a 4/10. Again Legoshi and Juno are two characters I enjoyed watching on screen, all the other characters are just simple, plain, and not really interesting to watch.
Enjoyment - 3/10
Well, what do think I would say here? Honestly, this show is not my type of thing, animals and anime just do not mix whatsoever and I just can't see why people like this. I have heard people cry over this show and that is just ridiculous, buck up if you did. There are more intense romantic animes out there and if you cried at animal romance, dude you need to get out more.
I'm going off-topic here, alright, enjoyment, 3/10, just because of how bizarre and weird it was. Animals having a humanoid-relationship is not what I call enjoyment.
Overall - 2/10
Truly a bizarre, weird, and downright stupid show. I will probably never watch a furry show like this again and I heard that season 2 is in the works and is airing, which is great to those who love it, I'm happy for you, but don't come to me with that rubbish.
This show is for 12's and up, but I'm 24 FFS, so you could say I have outgrown this type of thing, I dunno, it's just utter stupidity to the next level. Sorry if I have offended anyone, but I just had to get it off my chest.
This was a pretty bummer of a review to type and you the viewer if you got this far then just wow. I wouldn't really mind if you stopped reading like 2 paragraphs in, I can understand that if you loved this type of show, but this, for me, was a downright disappointment.
Sorry if I pissed in your bonfire, but I just wanted to express my opinions about this. I'm not saying, don't watch it, hey, you might like this type of thing and that's good. However, myself, 24 years of age, I'm done with this type of thing.
Anyway, I'm gonna stop there, again sorry to those who loved this show but everyone has their own opinion, and unfortunately, this one was mine about Beastars.
Thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your day.

Honestly, where do I begin with this one? I guess the main thing I would say about this anime is that it likes to tug your heartstrings to the point of snapping. The chemistry between characters and how they all have a backstory is just so beautiful and yes some people might find that confusing, I know I did.
Anyway, let me just carry on and explain why I have given this anime a 10/10.
Story - 10/10
The one thing I would say about the story of this anime is that it can be a little confusing as I said previously. Each female character either main
...
or supporting had their own backstory and in some episodes, we leave a character's story behind to focus on a new character's. For example, we first get introduced to Tomoya, a simple guy who attends school with his best friend and delinquent, Youhei.
Now, as the story goes on we begin to pick up that Tomoya kinda defies authority and that's just because of his habit of arriving late to school, skipping classes during the day, and staying out all night. This of course will start to have a bad impact on his lifestyle and the potential job's in the future, the one thing I love about Tomoya is he's supportive although he doesn't show it at first, that's where Nagisa comes in.
Nagisa is this beautiful young girl who has a dream of becoming a brilliant drama actor and Tomoya notices when Nagisa is urging to get the school drama club back up and running but she can't do it alone so Tomoya helps out and starts to form a weak connection which gets stronger as time progresses.
As the episodes go on we get introduced to new characters and new faces, at this point, it can start to become confusing as I said before but it's pretty easy to follow after a while.
The story of this anime was so well done it sometimes made me burst out in tears in some scenes and in other places cry with laughter, it is truly one of the best anime's I have seen in a while.
Art - 10/10
Without a doubt, Kyoto animation is the best animation studio. Their work on bringing all those characters to life was simply beautiful and that's one of the main reasons why I continued to watch this anime.
Sound - 10/10
The sound included in this anime was again truly brilliant, I loved both the opening and ending's to the anime, and during the anime, the soundtracks that play fit perfectly in some scenes. I just wish I knew all the names of the soundtracks so I can listen to them on long journeys. Also, holy fuck, in some scenes I just cried my eyes out when a beautiful soundtrack played and something truly sad was happening. Roaring Tides is one of those soundtracks.
Character - 10/10
Again this goes back to my art section, all the characters were designed beautifully. I will definitely watch more romantic, school life animation from Kyoto animation studios. There is something about them that just makes anime an enjoyable watch.
Enjoyment - 10/10
I truly loved every moment with this anime, it had a lot of emotions throughout and what's brilliant is that some scenes were comedy gold. I laughed hard at some scenes, then cried my eyes out in others. You truly go on a rollercoaster of emotions while watching this anime and I certainly feel like I have been on the longest rollercoaster ride of my life.
Overall - 10/10
No question in my mind, this anime gets a solid 10/10. Why would I need to explain my reason behind my score, I think I explained enough above. <3
I got recommended this anime by a friend of mine and if he's reading this, I would just like to say thank you for your recommendation. You truly hit the spot of what anime I enjoy watching and this anime is certainly up there with the other ones I have reviewed, no doubt.
The genres of this anime include drama, comedy, romance, school life and I would say a slice of life. All these genres are what I enjoy when watching an anime, so if I haven't watched one that has these genres then I most likely love and enjoy it!
That pretty much sums up my review for 'Clannad', I kinda went overboard talking about the story but I just had to express my opinions on that, which I feel like I did.
Thank you very much for reading! Enjoy the rest of your day!

Honestly, what can I say about this Anime, the story was truly something special. This anime had a really strong romance, love, relationship vibe to and I'm a sucker for those types of things but anyway, without further ado let's get right into it.
**There are some spoilers in the story section, if you haven't yet watched this anime, skip to the Art section.**
Story - 8/10
The story begins with a teenager by the name of Ryuuji Kisaragi, he's just a plain simple teen who goes to school but his life changes dramatically when his second cousin Eriko Nanao sort of takes out of his School class
...
and rushes him off to a port where smugglers are transporting an unknown package.
After a couple of scenes, both Ryuuji and Eriko try to steal this unknown package which they manage successfully however as they were escaping from the port and bullets start flying, one of those bullets hit the mysterious briefcase and destroys the locking mechanism, and out comes a red dragon girl who instantly forms a connection with Ryuuji and defends the van from the mercenaries. As the story goes on the connection between Ryuuji and the newly named red dragon Rose become's stronger. However, they are both attacked by Onyx who is part of the black dragon organization who tries to kidnap Rose of which he successfully does. Ryuuji however only just met Rose and he starts to show some strong emotions towards Rose, so they go on a rescue mission. After being successful, Ryuuji now must use his power as a relic handler to protect Rose from anyone who wants's to either take her or kill her.
From then on, Ryuuji's world changes, and the story starts to unravel into a lovely tale of love, friendships, romance, relationships, and also some heartbreaks.
I highly recommend you watch this if you're a fan of those genres I listed above.
Art - 9/10
There is no question about it, the Art in this anime was truly well done. It was beautiful to look at and the art team truly took their time to make a scene look great. It didn't feel like it was rushed in any way. They put love and passion into every scene that was shown.
Sound - 9/10
The sound included in this anime was again really well done. In some certain scenes, the music complements the action and romantic scenes perfectly. I also loved the opening and ending songs and humming along with them, not like I can sing Japanese.
Character - 10/10
This was no doubt an easy rating to give, I love all the character designs and how they were portrayed. I especially loved the character design of Ai, she is, without doubt, my #1 favorite character of the series.
Enjoyment - 9/10
I truly enjoyed this anime, it was a fun-filled action-packed romance and I'm a sucker for those type of things.
Of course with all anime's it was a slow beginning but if you watch 2-3 episodes I would probably want to carry on, but don't take my word for it, go watch it yourself!
Overall - 9/10
This anime was great and for just a short series it was worth the watch. It really takes you on an interesting journey of love, romance, friendships, and relationships. I would give this a 10 but I just feel a 9 is more appropriate but that doesn't mean it's bad, not in any way!
Anyway, that just about sums up my review on 'Dragon Crisis', if you read this far, thank you so much! Feel free to give it a rating, would love to know your feedback!
Once again thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your day!
