It is best if you do not take this show seriously at all. In fact, I don't know why this isn't in the comedy genre as I was laughing at how cliche it is.
Story: 3
The mc hasn't been reincarnated but that's about the only thing that is different from most of these fantasy shows. So far it has followed him adventuring and progressing through school and the adventurers guild, and the big bad villain hasn't been revealed yet. Utterly typical for this type of show and lacks any creativity.
Art: 7
the art is pretty good. I wasn't paying particular attention to the art but I
...
didn't notice anything bad and the action looks fairly good.
Sound: 5
Typical background music, with no parts particularly good or bad, so its a 5
Character: 4
Generic harem members and a generic op mc. I'm pretty sure he is aware that his harem members are in love with him, either that or he is denser than a black hole. Either way, he seems to completely ignore the possibility of them liking him or something, cause he basically just constantly engages in ecchi behaviour with no regards for any feelings.
Enjoyment: 8
This show is highly enjoyable if you do not take it seriously and accept it for what it is: a generic ecchi fantasy harem show. Laugh at the cliches rather than criticise them. And if you are watching this show, you are probably watching it for the ecchi so you might as well just enjoy it while its there.

Spoilers
It was interesting to see Rai go all out, as we haven't yet seen him do so in the anime. However this was good at best. Ultimately, 1 episode doesn't seem long enough to build much of an emotional connection of any significance. So although it does serve to give some background to later events, it isn't very good to watch and didn't keep me very interested. There weren't enough hints that the girl was actually his daughter and he really did treat her as just the daughter of a good friend that he was looking after. He had seemingly very little hatred for humanity
...
prior to her death, which makes his 0-100 change seem less realistic. Overall, even though it is his daughter, his extreme rage and hatred for all humans seems unrealistic and foolish. Especially considering the mother of the daughter was also human, his action of wanting to kill all humans seems hypocritical.
This is probably just a problem with where I watched it, but sometimes the subtitles were also missing.
Overall, somewhat interesting to watch but not very good. I don't know why this has a fairly high score. Just cause it is from a popular webtoon? Seems like there is a lot of bias in the score to me.

konosuba is the most overhyped anime i have ever seen. I have heard people rave about how its so funny and how its not like all the other isekai anime. While it is slightly different to most isekai anime, it was a huge let down when it comes to comedy.
Story: 3/10
It's literally an isekai but dude doesn't become a hero. It's nothing ground breaking and I would say its less original than most anime out there. It doesn't take a mastermind to come up with an idea like this.
Art: 3/10
The characters are drawn kinda weird and sometimes the faces are like a weird mix
...
between a serious attempt to draw their face and the not so serious attempt you would find in a comedy scene, creating this weird looking hybrid. I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be funny but it fails in my opinion.
Sound: 5/10
nothing particularly memorable or not memorable so 5 it is
Character: 6/10
The characters are somewhat different from the norm which makes it slightly interesting to watch however you shouldn't expect deep and realistic characters. So this puts them slightly above average at 6/10
Enjoyment: 2/10
At least with other isekai i have something to keep me going throughout the series, which is the hero trying to face the main antagonist. Even though a lot of anime follow this same formula and it is generic, it is still somewhat interesting and can be pretty good if done well. Konosuba, however, has nothing going for it. There is no greater plot where the mc saves the world from evil or anything. Based on what I have heard, the comedy is what keeps people watching but since I couldn't find anything funny in this series, there was little compelling me to continue the series and I actually thought I dropped this series until I had a look and noticed I did actually complete it.
Overall: 3/10
The show is bad, you should spend your time elsewhere. It would be more enjoyable to watch some mind numbing generic trash.

Edit: Keep in mind that this is before finishing the series
some spoilers
Unlike the other death march crap I just reviewed, this actually has ass-kicking moments to accompany its extremely op mc. And I mean extremely, this guy is so ridiculously op compared to everyone that he can kill you with his heartbeat. And you'd think that just after reviving he wouldn't be at full strength but that seems to not be the case since he literally killed the god of time.
Anyway, I'll admit that this show is full of cliches when it comes to literally every aspect of the show, however, I only really
...
rate a show based on one parameter: enjoyment. So even if this show is indistinguishable from a dumpster fire when you put it under a microscope, I still quite enjoy the show as who honestly doesn't enjoy an op mc demolishing his enemies?
Story: 5
It's just a typical reincarnation type thing, except he actually reincarnated into his own world instead of being isekai'd. There is also some sort of plot behind the spreading of false info and the erasion of his subordinates memories, which he seems like he will actually try to solve (unlike the mc in dearth march). He reincarnated through some source origin magic or something and I think the show could do a better job of explaining it as it seems you can have an affinity with this sort of reincarnation magic as others also reincarnate but do not possess their memories.
Art: 4
Nothing particularly bad or good, so I would make this a 5 however something about the flame magic just looks weird and bad so I am making it a four. Most of the other magic looks pretty cool, with these strange, geometric crystal things floating around, but just remembering the fire from that dude in the first episode I can't make this a 5.
Sound: 5
I can't recall any particularly good or bad sounding moments so this is a 5
Character: 3
So far none of the characters are particularly interesting. We have super brave, badass and strong MC who is more the anti-hero type so although he isn't a naruto type, I think this type of character is still common enough to not be original in any way. Oh, he's also the demon lord, so that also drags down the originality.
We have the kuudere, nothing more even needs to be said. Also the type to always love their family bonds even if the love is returned with hate, which is something I have never understood in any character.
The sister of the kuudere is the tsundere type, although she seems way more direct than most.
Enjoyment: 7
I enjoy watching shows where the mc fucks shit up, even if they are technically trash. When I watch anime, I generally don't want to think too hard and this sort of mindless fun is still pretty entertaining.
Overall: 7
I only rate shows on how much I enjoy them so even if the other parameters don't make up to a 7, the enjoyment was still a 7 so overall its a 7
After I finished the series:
spoilers
Ok so some of us do enjoy this type of mindless trash anime. And there is nothing wrong with that. Sometimes you just wanna switch on some anime and see some bad guys getting their assess completely handed to them. I am someone who enjoys this kind of series. I actually enjoyed watching kenja no mago. There, I said it.
However, there are some bare minimum requirements in order for me to enjoy the series. These include: relatively good animation and art, somewhat realistic characters, music that isn't bad, proper motivation and somewhat reasonable moral of the story.
The main thing that lets this show down, I would say, is the ending. I was interested at the start cause It was cool seeing a guy kill someone with literally just his heartbeat. But as we get closer to the end, we get this bullshit "love is more powerful than hate" thing going on. Instead of the mc shitting on the enemies with his innate power, he relies on quite literally the power of love. I am not even kidding- they literally sing a song and he beats the bad guy.
Story: 3
The story centres around a reincarnated demon king who discovers that its someone else's name in the history book instead of him, and then proceeds to solve the mystery while being badass along the way. The mystery of the fake demon king is somewhat interesting and kept me watching the show. I genuinely didn't expect ray to be the hero in the end. I don't know if its cause I am dumb or what. But then we come to the part where they start pushing this power of love nonsense. It's literally reached 'my little pony' levels of genericness. I started laughing in the last episode when they're facing off against the villain and then he's just like "fan club, sing" and then you get this weird singing montage against a black background and I'm just like "what the fuck is going on". Also, maybe it sort of belongs in character, but I think the motivation for the villain also falls in this section and his motivation is his mother died. That's it. And he has an extreme irrational hatred for literally all of demonkind just because of that.
Art: 3
The magic sucks. Some of it looks a bit cool, reminding me of the ayatan sculptures in warframe. But for the most part its just weird blobs. Like Anos's fire magic just looks like this weird black and red blob thing. There were also other scenes that looked weird. I recall one where a character is standing in front of a city or something and it just looks like a paper cutout on top of another paper background cause they aren't moving at the same rate when the camera moves. Overall 3
Sound: 4
For the most part, the sound is acceptable. The op is one that I skip, but that's like most anime. This would have been 5 (which is average) if not for the horrible songs they sang at the end. The whole power of love thing might have slightly worked if the songs they were singing weren't shit.
Character:
We have:
Anos: Typical badass overpowered mc. No character development. He just wants peace. Reason? good question. Why he strives for peace more than even the supposed hero of the humans is a bit of a mystery. An overall generic, unoriginal character with no thought put into him at all.
Sasha: Tsundere. We get some hints at a relationship with Anos such as them kissing and then him making her a promise later on in the show but this ultimately leads nowhere. She has some character development, although not really. You could say she went from hating her sister to loving her but its more like fake hating (while actually loving) her sister to genuinely showing her love for her sister. This type of development is common and generic anyway. Other than that her only characteristic is being a tsundere. Overall generic and unoriginal character.
Misha: I think it is Misha but I might have forgotten already and if that doesn't tell you enough then you're an idiot. She is a like halfway between a kuudere and a normal person. She isn't cold and cynical but she is very quiet. Anyway that is literally her only defining characteristic.
Kanon: Typical hero "i want to save the world" type.
Rest of the cast: forgettable
Big bad guy the end: The main villain is extremely annoying. I am not expecting a good villain with a viewpoint that you could legitimately argue for, but come on man. This villain is so irrational in his hatred for demons that I actually laughed at his stupid screaming face on the screen. We hardly even find out why he is this way. There was literally a single line where he mentioned demons killing his mum or something and that was it until nearly the last scene where it confirmed that. You'd expect his whole fucking village to be murdered for him to be that angry but no.
The characters are 1 dimensional and suck
Enjoyment: 5
While the show sucks, I still enjoyed the ass whoopings and I even enjoyed laughing at the show once it descended into incomprehensible stupidity. But I only enjoyed it so much. Which puts enjoyment at a 5, which is average.
Overall: 3
It says 3 means "poor" and that sums up the show pretty well

I haven't watched the whole show yet so some of what is written here may not be entirely true, however it is true so far and I can't really see much changing. The main reason why I think this show is bad is because it gives us a super op character than can pretty much one-shot any enemy so far (including "great" demons) and gives us this whole magic world system with the mc being able to level any skill to max asap, yet the show doesn't give us the accompanying ass-kicking that we would expect from a show with this type of mc. Instead,
...
he focuses more on exploring the world and sightseeing. Like there is a scene where he is eating quiche and we can hear his entire inner monologue about how it tastes. Like who actually gives a shit? If I want to watch a generic, overpowered mc show at least give me the satisfaction of some arrogant enemies getting slapped into orbit.
Story: 3
nothing special, infact its extremely common, its just an isekai. MC is some 28 or something coder and somehow goes to sleep and wakes up in a combination of the two games he made. There seems to be some hints that the reason he is in this world will be revealed later however he seems pretty content with his life so I am not expecting any mystery solving. So its pretty much just an isekai plot
Art: 5
5 means average, and that's all it as far I have seen, unless I remember incorrectly. There is no part in my mind that is particularly good or bad and the animation itself is also just average. There is a little bit of cgi and, as expected, it looks awful.
Character: 2
So far we have got a nice plain generic cast of characters including the main girl who could be described as cute but not hot, just regular girl who very obviously likes the mc but probably won't ever confess, the shy girl in the back who hasn't been given much screen time so far, the loli (who is literally 11) who is somewhat aggressive, and then there's the lizard girl, so far no real personality has been developed, and the two little girl slaves who are just your generic little girls but how much personality can you really give a little kid anyway.
Enjoyment: 5
I am pretty much just watching in the hopes that something interesting actually happens and we don't get quiche reviews for the rest of the season. The enjoyment isn't enough to keep me watching, nor is it enough to disinterest me so 5 it is
