She turns into her real age when the two boys touch their "marks", which are actually Hana's wings, to each other. In Otona ni Nuts, Natsumi is a fifth-grader that wants to be older and she gets her wish when she eats the mysterious nuts. But she is still a child at heart and must deal with that and with her love for her childhood friend.

The art is similar based on the fact that one of they both share Yuriko Chiba as one of the people in charge of character design. Alma's face is basically Lelouch's face and they share the commonality of having color changing eyes. Lelouch has the Geass while Alma has the Sacred Seven power that turns his eye red.

Shuu 7 is a compilation of short stories. The second one called LoveChuu (In love) is similar to Akuma de Koibito. The girl is basically a servant to her cooler childhood friend and is completely in love with him but doesn't realize he loved her all along until the end. Both stories have basically the same plot line but Shuu 7 is shorter.
