Both main characters are (well, in kamikami she acts like it) little girls who can transform into a really pretty older girl. They are both trapped inside their house until they finally manage to get out.

If you liked Luo Xue Cheng Bai add

...then you might like Daydream★Nightmare add

Both are about a cute fox kid who meets up with an older, kinda mysterious and sadistic guy. The main plot twists are actually also surprisingly similar.

There isn't all that much similarity in story, but the two remind me of each other. Both have an mc that's brought into a group of prodigies for whatever their skill set is (cooking or music) and slowly gets them on his side with his unique way of thinking. They are both somewhat episodic, but still have a distinct storyline and sense of development.

If you liked Tactics add

...then you might like Natsume Yuujinchou add

Both manga are about a guy who was ostracized because he could see spirits. In tactics, though, the mc is a lot more friendly that natsume. Both try to help the spirits, but natsume dislikes them more than kantarou does. Tactics has a continuous storyline while natsume yuujinchou is a lot more episodic and emotional.

The stories aren't too similar, but the main characters are both skilled, young, one-eyed killers who seem to lack emotion and were modified to become who they are now. They also both have a talking companion that is a creature that shouldn't be able to talk, but was created.
