Blue Heaven is sure to please those who like short plots that pack a punch. At a mere 24 chapters, the themes are well developed and the story is brought to a neat conclusion.
What I liked the most about the plot of this manga was the unpredictable twist that is brought about concerning character roles. The despicable antagonist, a homicidal maniac and terrorist, who is rescued by the unsuspecting crew of a high-class cruise ship, is shown as the general bad guy for a good part of the manga's beginning.
