Gantz is far from the masterpiece everyone is claiming to be, it has an interesting premise that's about it but it just doesn't deliver. There are lots of inconsitency regarding the story in Gantz, halfway through you will get introduced to lots of things that completely disregards the things established on the first half.

The main reason that Gantz is popular is because it has lots of nudity, every chapter has an insert of a nude woman. It's author even bragged about how he was the one that originated the technique on how to draw bouncing breasts.

Storywise there is really no sense of direction at all, ... it's like everything you've known on the first half got thrown out of the window because the author doesn't really know what he wants to do.

It is nowhere near the level of Berserk like most people claim it to be.

Jujutsu Kaisen is your typical cookie cutter shounen manga, your tropes are all present here. The character designs are cool and all but you won't really get an attachment to them. Characters die way too fast before you even have some sort of emotional connection to them, the battles are mindless and features lots of asspulls. The storytelling is whack, it's all over the place without any sense of direction at all. The power gap also isn't fun, characters just get stronger and stronger without any good reason, there's just no build up for everything on this manga, everything comes in a whim.

The premise of Haikyuu is really interesting, the story is great with cool looking characters. It is action packed however the matches felt too repetitive and dragged on, throughout the match you would most likely know the next panel because you've seen the same situation on the previous matches.

I feel like that the end part should have been introduced midway through as the story on the final arc felt really short but was interesting. There are lots of reference to another manga called SLAM DUNK on Haikyuu however the overall quality just isn't the same, SLAM DUNK is just way too good, Haikyuu ... is still good though as a sports manga, it's just that the matches felt really dragged on and repetitive. The part where you also don't know who won by the end also leaves a bad taste, this was done multiple times too.

Haikyuu still comes on top on most sports manga as it is true to the sport and has realism on it which most Sports Manga fails to do.

Slam Dunk has a really good balance of comedy and seriousness in a sports manga while maintaining legitimate knowledge regarding the sport. Love the sense of realism for this as most sports manga tend to overdo things and give them superpowers. There are also sports mangas that really strays away from the sport itself, specially the new sports manga nowadays.

Slam Dunk has good amount of knowledge regarding basketball and on what goes behind the scene. The matches are high intensity and the character development is nice, the story keeps you interested, basketball fans can relate to the scenarios in the story and non-basketball fans will ... also learn more about the sport. it's a bit sad that it's a short one though, it leaves you the feeling of wanting more because it is just really good. The ending is a good one but I really wished the story was stretched out more before finishing it.

Blue Lock feels somewhat bland, it has an interesting premise but things are handled rather poorly, this manga really needs to tone down in the scoring, the characters score too much that it pulls out the tension, also needs to have a dedicated panel for celebrations as the celebrations isn't a thing for this manga but is a thing in football, doing so would make every goal worthwhile and satisfying. I also think it would benefit a lot if they add in some comedy relief because this manga is too serious but isn't serious when it comes to actual football mechanics.

There is so many things ... wrong on this manga when it comes to football, if you are actually a real football fan you would not like this manga.

the easiest explanation on what Blue Lock is without spoiling it is for you to think of Yugi-Oh, you would think you can learn the actual card game from it but you won't because it is really different from the actual game. Another is to think of the anime FREE, you would think it's about Swimming but it really isn't.

Blue Lock is a good action manga but a bad sports manga.

Tenkuu Shinpan / High Rise Invasion starts strong by putting you in the action right away, it's really interesting from the start, cool characters and intriguing plot however the story's sense of direction is just not there at all, everything gets changed completely even the character's decision making doesn't make sense at all, character development also isn't great. There are lots of fan service on this manga, I didn't really enjoy that part as it lowers the quality of the manga by a lot, immature people would love that part though.

The initial plot is interesting it's really sad that the author doesn't really seem to ... have a concrete plan on what to do with it. Most of the things established on the beginning is thrown out of the window, By the end of the manga nothing was answered, most of the characters become unrecognizable as they changed heavily, some of them gained superpowers which is real nonsense. Considering how long this manga is by the time I finished reading it it felt like it's a waste of time. There is a sequel to this manga but I'm not wasting my time for that. Tenkuu Shinpan suffers from bad storytelling and bad sense of direction by a lot.

the main problem that Shingeki no Kyojin suffers from is that there are lots of talking with bad paneling, how the story was unveiled is not so great because of that in other words storytelling is terrible, the lighting is also a big issue on every panel which looks like a basic thing but once you have read lots of manga you will know that proper lighting actually affects reading experience by a lot.

Besides that, most of the characters lacks proper development and for the handful few that were given their character just did a complete change which doesn't make sense at all, the ... characters also have cardboard like emotions as well which doesn't help since most of the storytelling are done with them discussing things just like you are in a history class. There is also that issue where some of the characters actually look alike. The story also got really political that it feels like you are reading a completely different manga from what you actually read it the first time. The titans also felt like a non-threat halfway through the series.

Megumi no Daigo is a must read! This was actually recommended to me on reddit, Who knew firefighting could be this exciting and interesting to read? every chapter story is unique, there are no rehashed content or reused scenario. The artstyle is old school but the story is super amazing, the characters have decent development enough to know and care about them, the ending isn't rushed either and the ending is satisfying. I really enjoyed reading this, I wish more people would know about this manga, I also wish it was longer because it was that amazing but we all know that every story ... needs to end at some point.

for the first part of the manga it was really good, the story premise looks really interesting, the characters looks cool, the enemies looks powerful and threatening.

BUT I was really disappointed to learn that they really arent, throughout the story you will be met with stale repetitive comedy, there is really not much character development at all throughout the story. Most of the main character and supporting characters doesn't really do much at all, you won't really feel anything for them because you won't really know them at all. There will be also a part where they would introduce new characters that are also useless. ... I wished they simply developed the characters rather than introducing new ones.

The enemies are ridiculously weak. The story felt really rushed it's like the author doesn't really know what to do with the original story, it ended up like they can actually solve their problems without having to go through all that, there are no real threats on the story as the enemies are just really weak, the ending so anti climatic, it ended up really disappointing me considering FMA is regarded as one of the highly ranked mangas. I feel that this manga / anime simply got popular because of the cool looking characters.
