They both have - monsters of some sort infiltrating society for survival - a male protagonist who is unwillingly drawn into this conflict - TONS of gory action That being said, Parasyte has a more sci-fi horror vibe whereas Tokyo Ghoul has a more dark urban fantasy vibe. While I didn't enjoy these two animes a lot, I can tell that fans of one would like the other.

'Blaster Knuckle' is definitely similar to Berserk (notably the Black Swordsman/Conviction arcs), as they both: - have a male protagonist with a tragic past - said protagonist is extremely scarred with unique weapons - hunt monsters but are hunted by the very people they protect - have stellar art quality, especially with regards to gore It is also worth noting that Miura is friends with the mangaka of BK, so naturally there will be some influence there. It makes for a short read, but try it!
