Now, I just need to get this out of the air and into the water, I strongly feel this anime is really underrated. Given in the first episode or two you might be scratchin your head a bit and say eh? but that's what brings out the originality and "Alternative" aspect onto the table, plus you have the Futakoi "twin love" on top of things which just tops it off.
Story: 9/10
The story itself may be hard to grasp but if you can follow a story like "When They Cry" or say "Bakemonogatari" you can follow anything..
the typical male lead Rentarou and twin Sara and Souji
...
are the main cast. It's great to see a complex where they don't really dick around with their feelings and are forward about them(for the most part). It's mainly about their love and them undertaking small detective cases but it's sometimes a little hard to follow with just that storyline with so much random scenes crammed into it as well..(mansquid)?Also i found each episode kind of flowed right into the other so everything fit well yet didn't at the same time?If you know what I mean.
Art: 10/10
The art was quite well done and drawn out..SIDE FROM A PART IN EPISODE 6 11:10 AND 11:33 i noticed a weird little dude drawn in randomly looking like something from the 80's?ahh I just needed to make note of that..
Character: 10/10
Besides the ridiculously awesome plotline and comedy I really enjoyed the characters, they all seemed pretty original and funny. Rentarou was hilarious and the twins were pretty damn interesting. It was definately a large factor in the series.
Overall: 9/10
It was a great watch with a lot of random humor that was pretty fresh and the romance was definately there.I'd definately recommend watching this if you're sick of the same harem and dull frying pan over the head comedy.
Think of it as a "Kiss x Sis" and Clannad put together topped with a load or random.ENJOY!
