RUSHED! The anime itself was good without reading the manga. However, now that I've finished reading the manga. This adaptation is a total disappointment.

Story: The story was good. I like how this series felt realistic. It's unique because unlike other romance animes, this tends to be a serious one. Haruto, the male main character, kept on pursuing the one his loved one. This focused on their romantic relationship.

Art: The adaptation stuck to the art style of the manga which is a bit weird. The body parts (mainly women) are not proportional in both the adaptation and manga. Anyways, I have nothing against that. It's ... still good: it doesn't affect the anime.

Sound: The voice actors and actresses really sound good. Aside from that, the background soundtracks used were fitting to every scene. Calm and comfortable.

Character: My main point is that the character development in this adaptation was terrible. Ending the anime series left me with whats, hows and whys.

Enjoyment: If you like a drama romance anime, I think you would enjoy this.

If you haven't read the manga yet, I suggest you read it. There were so many parts skipped. This deserves to have 40+ episodes.

In a word, this anime's theme can be described as perspective. It's really interesting to know what people think of what you perceive. Have you ever experienced this situation where you are doing something that you think is good and beneficial to others, but others think that what you're doing is evil. This series is relatable as it shows how cruel our society can be. Well, it's either you change this society, or you just accept it and adjust for your own good. Either way is hard to do because changing this society might make you the antagonist that everyone's against you. On the ... other hand, accepting the society that you might not fit in is really unacceptable. Most of the stories in this anime are related to this theme. It's really exciting to know how the characters deal with it.

Story: I admit that all of these stories are really good. I was really amazed and at the same time shocked that these series came from different novels/books/literary pieces which I haven't read yet. You must really think hard to understand each character.

Art: I have nothing against the art of this series. The art is not disturbing. It really gives that vibe of a thriller and mysterious anime.

Character: Some characters really have vague personalities that you don't get what they were doing. They lack explanation that makes them hard to understand. You need to rewatch/rewind to get who they are. That's how bad they were portrayed.

Enjoyment: As I said, It's really interesting how they tackled the problems of their lives in this series. Every story in this series is unique. Not one has bored me.

Overall, this anime is really good and should be respected. I have nothing to say, just watch it. It's really good (a masterpiece); nothing's gonna be wasted.

Lessons, lessons... Lots of lessons. Lessons you don't want to forget. Lessons about life and death.

Story: Natsume Yuujinchou was that anime which I really didn't like about 8 years ago. Guess the reason? It was because I was scared of YOUKAIS. Now that I've grown up, I've realized that this anime was the best: lots of lessons to be learned, and somewhat relatable. Every episode of this series made me feel every emotion that needs to be felt. There are so many things we need to understand when we were young, yet there was no one to teach this poor Takashi Natsume. I ... remember when I was a kid, I've asked so many questions, and now that I recall those memories, it felt silly and irritating. However, I'm glad that I have someone to guide me. I guess it must have been hard for Takashi to express what he's feeling because he was traumatized by how people have treated him. He was being avoided because he acts too weird. I'm glad that there were these kind foster parents who adopted him.

Art: Art is really good and unique. Soft colors were used that made the anime realistic.

Characters: I like how the characters here are slowly being developed. It's not hard to understand them like everything is explained in a way that you could easily understand them.

Music: Every music/song in this anime shouldn't be skipped. It's so calm that makes it good to watch every night. Both opening and ending themes were really catchy. Even though it makes me think about the past that I become sad, I LOVE it!

Enjoyment: I enjoy this calm anime. Every episode makes me comfortable and makes me want to watch more.

I don't care whether this anime is popular or not, but one thing I can say is that this anime is the BEST. I wish this anime would never stop because now that I've done all seasons, I'm craving for more.
