I remember one day a long while back in the summer of 2015 i grew bored of fairytail and wanted to get into a new anime series. I hopped onto netflix to see what i could find and i happened to come across Madoka Magica. It looked as girly and cute as i wanted it to be, so obviously 5th grade me turned it on.
I was bored out of my mind.
After 6 episodes i gave up and went to bash the series to my friends, calling it boring and saying "nothing ever happens in that show".
Boy was I wrong.
Recently i remembered that silly
...
little series, i didnt remember much about it so i decided to give it another chance. AND WOW I AM SO HAPPY I DID (and now more depressed)
This show threw so much emotional horror at me i couldn't even keep up. Its breathtaking. It's so well paced. It's sound is incredible. Madoka Magica really is a magical experience that i suggest everyone watch (unless you're young and cant keep up with the emotional atmosphere like i was).
The art wasn't my favorite thing at first, but it really grew on me. Some of the visuals are just amazing.
Obviously i'm not great with reviews if you somehow cant tell, but if you haven't watched this series you're really missing out on a wonderful piece of media.

I'll never understand why this series is so poorly rated ITS SO OBVIOUSLY A JOKE AND I LOVE IT. This show is so garbage but loveable. What more could anyone want in a show?
It's stupidly hilarious, Anyone who disagrees obviously takes life all to seriously. I will add, it's more funny to people who watch a lot of anime, like it's still enjoyable if you aren't mega into anime, but the clichés and shit are just far too hilarious.
The art obviously isn't anything special, but that's only because it's not meant to be, and the animation is pure dog shit. You could finish this show
...
in about an hour, which is good! And the music videos add to how funny this garbage is. I totally recommend.

This is my first interaction with danganronpa. I finally decided to get into it but since i'm too broke for the game i assumed that the anime was the next best option. I feel like the game was probably much more developed and overall better, but then again that's only what i heard so take it with a grain of salt. The show was rushed, i mean this game is apparently 25 hours long and only having 13 episodes won't do any justice for it.
The art was strange, maybe it's just not my taste, but the animation was decent. I enjoyed the scenes where they
...
found the bodies and the execution scenes had a nice artistic touch.
The characters fell flat for sure. Our main protagonist is basically every other protagonist in anime history. He's just smart and has a goal, that's basically it. He's cute though and I didnt mind his basicness, I feel like it fit the series well enough. The other characters were really fun especially Mondo (I may only like him because he reminds me of Josuke but whatever) I didn't really care for his backstory though, it felt like he only had a backstory just because. It wasn't really memorable. The other characters were cool too i guess, some of them were kind of memorable. I like whenever they start to lose it whenever they get accused for the murders it's fun to watch. Not to mention the music during the trials whenever the murderers get caught is really fun and i enjoyed it a bunch.
Overall it's not a terrible watch, it's just meh. I did enjoy it but i'll probably never watch it again. I thought it would be a whole lot better due to the hype but maybe it's just not for me. If you really like The Future Diary type shows but slightly shittier and emo than this is for you.

The reviews of this anime are all over the place, going from a solid 9 down to a 3 and back and forth. While many criticize this i really enjoyed my time watching it. But it wasn't really a show i was itching to finish, the only time i felt excited like i had to go watch the next episode was near the end when things were tense. That being said, it's a really good anime.
The characters are lovely. I like their dynamic, the obsessed stalker and the emotional teenage boy. It's nothing new, this dynamic is not uncommon in anime, but they way
...
it was done here was, at some points, thrilling and gut wrenching. Not knowing whether or not to trust Yuno was a full on rollercoaster. And the other diary holders were quite the characters, I even started to feel for them and root for them a little. I really liked the couple and ninth. Even the characters that weren't diary holders were memorable.
I'm a big fan of the art and the animation, especially in the last episode, the animation was so fluid, fun and thrilling! I'm a big fan of the 2000s-early 2010s anime art anyway but the art in The Future Diary particularly is phenomenal. Plus boobs.
All in all i could see myself rewatching this and i really did have a good time with it. It's definitely missing some elements and it did drag a few times but it was still a fun watch.

Maybe it's the nostalgia talking, but i love the anime adaptation of Rosario to Vampire. Sure I may have found this series when i was way too young to be watching this, but i'm glad I did because of my fondness over the series.
Story:
The story really isn't anything special. It's just basic anime boy goes to magical school and meets hot women that fall for him. That's basically it, and this common trope has been played in multiple other series's since the beginning of manga and anime alike, but there's something so charming about this story in particular. Sure it's nothing to be praised since
...
i can name multiple other anime and manga that have this same stories, and some are better than others, but Rosario to Vampire just has a cute vibe to it that i can't get with many other series's. It's wicked adorable watching Moka and Tsukune just fawn over each other while the other characters intrude on their moments.
Characters:
The characters are so lovely, sure their all horny and shit but i love their little quirks. Kurumu is probably my favorite, her attitude is a nice touch to the story, and Moka is just precious. Like i said, Rosario to Vampire is nothing special, so the characters certainly aren't anything new, but the way they interact is so sweet. Tsukune is quite the dumbass, even though he's every anime boy ever it's fun watching the girls fawn over him.
Art:
I'm a slut for the 2000's animes, so obviously i love the art. Everything is so colorful and fun. The art style suits the series so well.
While the anime itself is quite average, I do recommend it. Especially if you're into cute little romance animes. (with a side of very horny content)

This series was really promising but honestly it left me feeling more conflicted than satisfied. And not the good kind of conflicted. It's not that the characters are bad, the overused vampire thing or anything like that, it's just something is unsatisfactory about this anime. (possible spoilers)
Story:
The story was so cute at first! the first episode really intrigued me, i thought that Fuyumi was precious and Staz was so cool! not to mention Wolf and Staz's friendship was really sweet, but something about this story was so meh. It's slightly above average. Not saying that you shouldn't watch, if you like easy to keep up
...
with and adorable anime i suggest this.
The fights were lame, the fights felt like they only existed to show how strong Staz is, which inherently isn't a bad thing if it feels right. But in Bloodlad's case, it just feels so boring, like the fights feel so empty and meaningless.
Characters:
Fuyumi may be a boring, airheaded, walking pair of tits but i love her! i feel like if she was more fleshed out like Staz was it wouldn't be as enjoyable. sure she has her moments where she feels more real but i like how dumb and adorable she is. As for our main character Staz, he's pretty cool, i mean hes super over powered but i enjoy his selfishness at the start and how he starts thinking for Fuyumi more towards the end. Wolf is super cute and i love him period. He's not like super duper important but once again his and Staz's friendship is lovely. Bell is cute, she's kind of annoying but the moments when we get more of her are nice. Staz's brother is so fucking lame, his character is just "oh im scary and you can trust me but you cant" and it's just annoying but i suppose that's the point.
There's so many cute characters, the world seems so big and so full of all these colorful characters.I feel like they're the best part of the show, especially the cute little followers of Staz who watch over his territory, i really enjoyed their scenes.
Art:
I DIG THE ART. i started watching simply because the art looked nice. i love the style and the colors are nice too.
Overall enjoyment:
the series was fun, it's definitely got a nice uniqueness to it, and i like that, i haven't found a series like this in a while. But it wouldn't be the first thing i go out recommending, and i definitely am not going to think about it in a couple weeks. I'll probably either give the manga or the OVA a chance since I'd like to know what happens to Fuyumi and Staz but I'm not entirely sure. If you want to finish a fun little anime in a day then i suggest Bloodlad, it's nothing ground breaking but it's very fun with some cute and lovely characters.
