Kaguya sama is a romcom with a nice premise of two people trying to confessed to each other. They have a high pride coming from their lifestyle. This is the story of two geniuses Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya. With their daily hijinks and their plan to be upper hand to each other. They are student of Shuchiin Acdemy high school and a member of student council, being president and vice president.
STORY

comedy of this season is on point and the references on it. The pacing is great with how they adapt it because of how great the execution of each episode. The drama part is well done too, like the prequel of how they done the election and sports festival arcs are great with emotional moments is amazing.
ART
the second season is upgrade in terms of art and animation. I like the different artstyles they use and like the prequel it looks great. Hats off to the director because all throughout the season the quality is consistent. The background art of this show are great too, and some of it are wallpaper worthy. The character design is looking pretty great of how fluid it to the animation, with fitting to their personalities and realistic designs of the cast.
SOUND
The strong point of this show is their voice actor, of how they are great portraying their characters. Their acting is on another level, I like the ensemble of the cast and how happy they are giving life to their characters in the anime. The OST is top notch too, they know how to use it in the comedy scene and drama build up. The track use is perfectly on point their respective episodes. The opening and ending songs are too, with the opening is a banger and the ending song is heartwarming.
CHARACTER
The well rounded cast of Kaguya sama is more likeable this second season with the addition of their new member. The cast grew on me this second season, with the highlight of Ishigami. The loner boy with his character development gave insight of his problem. I can relate to his problems of being shunned or bullied. The characters of Kaguya sama are wonderful and wholesome. And Miyuki being a great bro to his friends, Kaguya with the last episode they gave insight of how she treasures her friends. Little to huge development of the characters are masterfully shown in this second season.
ENJOYMENT
its a great anime, highly reccomended. Its better than the prequel but nonetheless they are both great shows. I think this season shows how story has more to offer, and progression in the romance aspect is had more room to grow. With how the season ended, we gonna see some nice interactions and development in the characters. My only gripe is too short too fully utilize the strenght of this anime being romcom, the people crave some fast development. But I think be patient because with wonderful and likeable cast anything is possible that the anime delivers.
Overall
Kaguya sama 2nd season is a nice adaption with adding their own flair. It enjoyable to watch every week, with good laughs throughout the anime. The comedy are the main selling point of this anime encapsulates how the staff loved the series. The approach of this adaption is well thought out and nice artistic choices. And this anime is nice a piece of entertainment that being simple is at its best.
