The characters and story are very good. A lot of social justice warriors complaining about the repulsive behavior of the main character. The author doesn't pretend he isn't a bad person in his other life. The main character is scum of the earth and that is made clear.
Get over it and enjoy the show for what it is which is amazing.
The story is unique. The plot and behavior of the characters goes against what you typically see in anime. Much like Konosuba. It's very good and pretty different from other anime.

Story is important.
The characters were good, the sound was good, and the art was good, but the story was pretty bad. The story for this season consisted of many twists during gambling matches that made no sense and failed at amazing the viewer. They tried to create moments that make viewers go "Wow I can't believe they thought through all of this" but no they're just so incredibly unbelievable that your only thought as the viewer is: "Umm okay, I guess that happened". This season was almost a waste of time. I don't really recommend it and I have a feeling there won't be a third season. |
