The first season gives a detailed background for what the second season has to offer. This season is an entire journey of life, relationships, emotions. It may not be everyone's cup of tea as the anime requires a deeper understanding of life and an open-minded way of thinking, but I enjoyed it.

(Season 1) The pacing is a little bit slow, but viewers will be able to understand it once we get to the end, or leave them feeling confused (depends, honestly). It’s a story that unexpectedly teaches a lot of things on life. I’d say it’s an anime that’s not suitable for kids or the younger anime enthusiasts. It’s a gore anime, for sure. Overall, it’s an anime I did not expect to get hooked on because of the beginning but I love it.

I continued where the anime left off and honestly, I love it. I love the fight scenes, the story is well-written, the pacing is the same as the anime, good enough to keep the readers hooked to it. The characters are admirable. One thing is for sure, the final fight was not what I expected it to be. I also love the concepts and how well-thought out they are. The explanation of the Adolla, the justification of the fights (except the last one), they are all perfect notions, in my opinion.
