Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2199 is probably one of if not the best anime remakes of all time. I came into 2199 without watching the original show, so I really don't know what to expect. What I got was a cheesy(in a good way) story that I really enjoyed, amazing art, and a really good ost. 2199 introduced me to the original show so at the time of writing this review I've already completed the first season of the original Yamato
Story- 9/10
The story is great, you can really feel that it's from the 70s but what I like is that it adds something to modernize
...
it quite a bit. The pacing was ok, there was no instance where I feel that the show was too fast or slow, even though there are a shit ton of plot armor it doesn't make the show bad at all, in fact, its the opposite, I really enjoyed the plot armor and it worked for me, It kept all the things that made the original great while also adding some new things to the show.
Art-10/10
The art stays true to the original while also being modernized at the same time, the character designs were amazing, I really loved the character designs. The CGI is great it doesn't break the immersion while also looking really good. The designs of the ships and planes were also really good.
Sound-10/10
The ost is truthful to the original, slight adjustments were made to modernize the songs quite a bit.
Character-8/10
The characters are really good, except for Desler though, Desler is the reason why I didn't give the show a 10/10. He's such a wasted character that had the potential to be really deep and complex but this is where the show failed for me. His character wasn't really explained or developed throughout the show, all that we learned from him is that he's simping for Starsha.
Enjoyment-9/10
I enjoyed every bit of this show. It became cheesy towards the end but that works in the show's favor. I really loved the cheesiness of the show.
Overall-9/10
2199 is a great show and a remake. even though i had some nitpicks here and there I can still safely say that 2199 is a high 9.

Is AOT season 4 a masterpiece? NO. Is it bad? NO. Is it overhyped? YES
AOT season 4 is a solid adaptation by MAPPA. The CGI was meh, it was ok at best. The soundtrack was a little bit of a downgrade. The story of course is the best part of the show.
Art 6/10
Is the art good? Yes. But compared to the previous seasons it's a downgrade. The CGI is probably what keeps me away from enjoying this season. The CGI is stiff, it doesn't blend in with the 2d background, and the models are mediocre. The previous seasons had CGI but that's just the
...
colossal titan and that's the only nitpick I have with the other seasons.
Story 9/10
The story is the best part of the show. It's why I'm still watching this season.
Character 7/10
Gabi is kinda annoying but she's a good character. The new characters are ok but they're not amazing
Enjoyment 7/10
I like this season even though it has a lot of flaws.
Overall 7/10
It's good, I enjoyed it. There's nothing else to be said about it.

Do you love anime? Are you passionate about it? Eizouken is a show about passion and love for anime. Eizouken also shows us the intricacies of making an anime, from the storyboard, sound design, animation, etc. It shows us that it does not only takes skill and hard work when making an anime, but It also takes dedication and passion for the medium to truly make an anime.
Story: 10/9 The story is simple enough for everyone to understand. Its a story about 3 girls who really love anime. Because of this, they wanted to join the anime club, but Mizusaki's parents don't want her to
...
join one, instead, they tried to make a new animation club disguised as a motion pictures club. Thus the 3 started making anime to their heart's content.
Art: 10/10 The art was amazing and unique. Masaaki Yuasa did an amazing job capturing the girl's imagination. The way things are animated is just so unique and good. We jump from the shows normal art style and the 3 girl's imagination. The art has to be the strongest aspect of Eizouken.
Sound: 10/9 The Voice acting was pretty good, The SFX was amazing, and the OST was amazing too. I really liked it when the show used the VAs voices for the SFX. The voice acting was refreshing because of the realistic voices of the characters. The OP is the best!!!!! I love the op. The BGM is also solid, they did a good job on capturing the right mood for the scenes.
Character: 10/9 The characters are so likable, especially Kanamori, She's my favorite character in the show because of her personality and character design. All the characters interactions are great they don't feel off. The characters developments are decent and overall it's pretty great
Enjoyment and Overall 10/9 I enjoyed every episode of Eizouken. It never drags it's always enjoyable and seeing the girls put love and passion in their anime is just so good to watch. Watch this if you like anime and making anime.

Looking for an anime with unique art? Awesome Soundtrack? Humorous? Then this show is for you!! This show excels in any aspects and I highly recommend this!
Art 9/10 Bright, Vivid, and awesome art. This show is candy for the eyes!
Story 8/10 Kinda refreshing for me cuz yah don't come across stories like this often
Sound 10/10 Perfect. The ED is sung by Freddie Mercury! The OP is jazz and some hip hop tracks are sprinkled into the show
Character 9/10 They're all likable and they feel real.
...
Enjoyment 10/10 This show manages to get a lot of laughs from me and I enjoy every second of this show.
Overall 9/10 you will like this show if you like other animes with vivid and bright art style. You will also like these if you like crime oriented animes.

3-Gatsu no lion or March comes in like a lion is a masterpiece! This will be a spoiler-free review. 3-Gatsu is an anime about knowing your own self and dealing with internal problems. 3-Gatsu also contains immersive and intense shogi battles.
Story: 10/10 3-Gatsu no lions story is Perfect. It's a gem hidden in tons and tons of crap generic writing. The story is a character-driven story. The story revolves around the internal battles and struggles of Kiriyama Reii a Professional shogi player.
Art: 11/10 Shaft has done it again with this anime. The art is just mesmerizing and beautiful. The art style is weird at first
...
but you get used to it. There's a lot of visual metaphor throughout the show. This show is too good to look at.
Sound: 10/10 The things I liked about this show are the super cute SFX, OPs, EDs, and Background music. The BGM just completely immerse you into the shogi matches. The BGM also makes dramatic scenes so much more dramatic.
Character: 9/10 Reiis sister in the show didn't really get developed and explored while the others got developed and explored really good. Other than that the characters in this show feels humane and real.
Enjoyment: 10/10 Just seeing the sisters makes each episode really good and wholesome. The show has a fair share of sad and happy moments.
Overall: 10/10 This show is a masterpiece. I highly recommend this show for everyone who likes shogi and some man vs self conflicts.

There's a lot of hype around KNY when ep 19 blasted in popularity, both non-anime fans and anime fans watched it and praised it. A lot of my friends recommended it to me and said that its the best anime they've ever seen, so I watched it and got utterly disappointed here's why.
The story is neither bad nor good it's mediocre. so we have the main premise "turn Nezuko back into human" the story revolves around Tanjiro a 15 yr old boy and Nezuko, his little sister. In Ep 1 we see his family get slaughtered by demons and his sister turned into one. This
...
is the main driving force for Tanjiro and what started the whole series. After that, we meet his mentor Urokodaki and one of the shittiest "training arc" in shonen history, the training arc only lasted 2 eps so you can already see the problem in it. The training arc was so rushed and done so quickly that it doesn't feel 2 yrs passed by. After this arc, KNY gets filled with a lot of tropes that further add mediocrity to the show. The Powers or Breathing techniques are awesome but it's not meta. The story is ok but it's not great. Storywise I will give KNY a 5/10.
The Art of the show has to be its strongest aspects. KNY is animated by Ufotable, the studio that animated fate/zero, fate/unlimited blade works, and fate/heavens feel. The fight scene was good enough to entertain me but it didn't entertain me as much as other shonen shows did. The choreography is ok, the effects are really nice to look at, and overall its a nice looking show.
The sound is also great, it properly conveyed moods and matches the whole show. The OP and ED are ok, Gurenge by Lisa is definitely a banger.
Now here's one of the weakest aspects of KNY, the characters. the characters are Flanderized to the point which it annoys me. We have Inosuke a tsundere, and Zenitsu a horny ass loud asf character. The show tried to add comedy by adding Zenitsu into the mix of characters but throughout the whole series, I didn't notice my self laugh. The other characters are good but I didn't get emotionally attached to them. The only thing that I appreciated was Nezuko cuz she's cute asf.
Overall KNY is a show that excels in the art department but it definitely doesn't deserve the hype it gets. It's a mediocre battle shonen anime that doesn't have originality and filled with tropes. If you're going to watch it don't expect stellar writing cuz it's only a good looking show.

Darling in the FranXX is just a huge message for Japan to Fuck and reproduce babies.
Storywise, DITF sucks, it's a hot mess of incoherent ideas. you have one that focusses on teenage drama, sex, Gundam politics, and tried to go full Gurren Lagann mode in the ending. The first half was good, I genuinely enjoyed the first 14 episodes, but when the show focussed on the two of the most boring characters on the show and made a whole arc out of it, It automatically fell flat for me. A slow in action and pace is good but when it's done in this really boring
...
way its bad, the whole arc literally focused on two teenagers having sex and then having a baby. From this point onwards the show sucked. The plot twist was so out of the blue and sudden that it made me check if I accidentally skipped some episodes. The backstory was ok, it gave us more knowledge about the world of DITF. The ending has to be one of the weakest points of the show, it was just so rushed, and giving it more episodes could've made the show a little bit better.
The art of the show was great, it has sakuga moments, awesome character design, and the overall aesthetics of the shows was great. The art has to be the strongest point of DITF. The design of the mechs was really unique, Instead of mechanical ones what we got was "Waifu mechs" which resembles a human girl's anatomy so much we can probably fap to it. The art of the show is what i enjoyed the most out of the show.
The OST was decent, its neither bad nor good. It properly conveyed moods, and the OPs and EDs was decent.
Character development is also one of the weakest parts of the show. Zero two's character development was badly done, in ep one she was this mysterious and eccentric girl, then after she discovered who Hiro truly is, her personality pulled a 180 degrees turn.
Overall, DITF is a sex propaganda for japan to make babies. The first half was enjoyable but as the show progresses it gets shittier and shittier. I just watched it for the art and animation and ignored the bad story.

Houseki no Kuni is an anime that I didn't expect to like, mainly because I'm against CGI being implemented into anime, however, Houseki no Kuni diverted my opinion about this and made me watched other full CGI anime shows like Dorohedoro, Inuyashiki, and Beastars. The gems don't have genders but I'm gonna call them she or her
So we start off with the setting of the show, which is a very mysterious futuristic setting, at the very first episode we are told that the world is destroyed by 6 meteors and the world is now inhabited by immortal crystalline sentient beings called "Gems". The gems are
...
hunted by the Lunarians an unknown species that use gems as decorations. after all the explanation, we got introduced to our main protagonist Phosphophyllite, a weak and fragile gem that badly wants to help her fellow gems and be useful, Phos being weak, she wanted to improve and change, thus introducing us to the main premise of Houseki no Kuni. Houseki no Kuni focusses heavily on how Phos changes emotionally and physically throughout the show. Houseki no Kuni also has a really interesting and lovable cast, we have Diamond the hardest material contrasted by her weak personality, we also have Kongou-sensei which acts as the father figure for the gems. Houseki no Kunis story is brilliant, revolving around self-change and how changing introduces a lot of circumstances, Houseki no Kuni contains a lot of fun and enjoyable moments until the Lunarians came and fuck up the gems, our enjoyment is immediately replaced by fear and a creepy sensation from the Lunarians.
The art is amazing, the CGI compliments the shows aesthetic which for the most part are all crystals and minerals. Trying to show the brilliance of the Gems in 2D would be hard or almost impossible, that's why I believe CGI is the best choice for the show. The CGI surpassed my expectations cuz I expected dull-looking moments but instead, what I got was brilliantly coordinated, dynamic, and breathtaking shots that would be impossible to capture if the show was in 2D.
The OST of the show is one of its greatest aspects, it properly conveys the mood and it has a fantastic op and ed. The Lunarians theme has to be my favorite theme in the show, it properly conveys fear and tension while being otherworldly and beautiful.
Overall Houseki no Kuni heavily exceeded my expectation and instantly hooked me just in the first episode, I didn't expect the show to be this good. It easily exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the show especially in the art part of the show. Too bad this show flew under everyone's radar and didn't got the hype and praise it deserves

IBO is a mecha anime that lets mecha newbies get into the Gundam series. It's really easy to get into because its set on an alternate timeline that doesn't follow the events of UC. IBO is the first series in its own timeline that's why there's no previous shows or movies before IBO making the series newbie friendly.
The story is great. IBO focusses on the private military group called "Tekkadan" which consists of children. As the story progresses we see Tekkadan and its members grow and overcome Gjallarhorn. The story is almost perfect because it almost doesn't have any flaws except Mika's and Orga's character
...
development. Overall story is 9/10
The art is Perfect. IBOs animation is top-notch when it comes to fight scenes, the lack of CGI is good considering other mecha shows that used CGI ended up ruining the show's animation. The design of the mechas and characters are great. Overall art is 10/10
IBOs music is medieval themed which contrasts the show's sci-fi theme. The OSTs are great so much so that at the time I was writing this I was listening to IBOs OST. The overall sound is 10/10
Orga's, Mika's, and Tekkadan's development are not that much tackled until season 2. The focus of season 1 is the introduction of the characters and to set them for season 2. IBOs characters didn't have a lot character development at this season. Thats why the overall character is 7/10
I enjoyed IBO so much that I watched other Gundam series like OO, Seed, Thunderbolt, and Origin. As a newbie at the Gundam series, I had a lot of fun watching IBO. The overall enjoyment is 9/10
Overall IBO is an amazing mecha anime that's why I give it 8/10
