This was a really good movie to watch. I was very impressed with the film and the story was really good as well as the characters and sound. This is truly a good film from Leiji Matsumoto and I'm glad I was able to watch this film, as it is very hard to find around here nowadays. This film is worth watching if your a fan of Leiji Matsumoto's works and if you like movies dealing with space and travel as well as battleships, this is the film for you. A true gem and worth watching. You won't be disappointed. You'll even feel sorry for
...
Hajime and Yamato. 5/5!

This is a very sick anime. So sick, that I nearly puked. My god was this series awful.
The whole entire ova is filled with nothing but rape, where nearly everyone except the male protagonist is raped and touched by a filthy and disgusting man named Isaku, who wants to have fun and do disgusting things to women sexually and thinks all women are whores.
This entire series is not meant for everyone and if you like a series that is based on disgusting things, mainly rape, watch this ova. Very similar to Cool Devices, and both disgusting.
just remember to keep yourself sane after watching
...
this. You'll see for yourself.

damn this ova really had me in a whirlwind. It was so good and so addicting that i wanted more. The main male protagonist sure knows how to get around, and the female leads, they're definitely not afraid to go after what they want. This is a really good ova hentai and totally worth watching if your ever in the mood. Especially if your a young boy and have steamy fantasies of banging your teacher or lover. Definitely recommended. Will have you begging for more.

I personally thought this was a really good prequel special. The story i thought was really touching and the background music really fitted the special well.
The plot is basically about Kaoru, who had just left his family background and is living life on his own, but one day he finds a pendant, which later turns out to be Santa's Claus's pendant. One day, Santa pays him a visit and Kaoru gives Santa her pendant back. In honor of returning her pendant, Santa grants Kaoru a wish.
It's a really good prequel that focuses on Kaoru's point of view (at least when it comes to Christmas),
...
and you'll notice on how Kaoru still misses and thinks about his mom as well as his beloved Aoi chan, who he hasn't seen in a long time (although Santa reminds him of Aoi in a lot of ways if you know what i mean). You'll also get to see some of the main cast members, but with different personalities as some of them, with the exception of Tina, doesn't know Kaoru well, though i was kinda surprised with Mayu, since she met Kaoru when she was little but oh well.
The art was really good, especially when it came to the part where Kaoru and Santa go ice skating together, and the music was really good.
all in all, it's a really good prequel, and i definitely recommend watching this if you've seen the show and read the manga or did both. Really worth watching. ^_^

I really and truly enjoyed this prequel Ova. It was really good and i thought it was very sweet, touching, and totally fits what had happened before the start of the series. Rumiko really knows how to make good plots.
The story focuses on what happened before Kyoko works at Maison Ikkoku and what her life was like before she met and married Soichiro. It also explains who Soichiro was (as a person), why Kyoko loves him so much, how Soichiro the dog came to live with Kyoko and them, events of Soichiro's death and funeral, and why Kyoko had decided to become a manager at
...
Maison Ikkoku and how the whole series began.
It's a really good prequel and it's focused on Kyoko's point of view and how she describes how life was life for her back then and stuff. You'll even see glimpse of the main characters (in cluding Godai) and some clips of Soichiro's face.
It's a really good prequel and if you seen the anime or read the manga and have completed it and wanted to know who Soichiro was and what Kyoko was like back then, watch this prequel Ova. You'll really love it and it will have you really feel and understand exactly Kyoko's emotions and feelings through this Ova. It's worth it!

I thought this was a very good Ova series. The animation, characters, sound, and everything was so good and overall it was very enjoyable.
The Ova focuses on the side story of the manga, called "Yusaku's Island" (only the ova is called Deserted Island), and it's about Godai, Kyoko, and the gang having a good time on Mitaka's boat until something happens (thanks to the crazy tenants who just can't live without causing trouble or drinking booze all day). Anyways, the gang ends up stranded on an island and thinks of ways to survive and get help from traveling boats and stuff.
the animation was really good
...
and the sound was great too. Really love the artwork and glad to hear the same voiceactors again. It was a really good Ova so far and if you happen to love the manga series or the anime series or both of Maison Ikkoku or love Rumiko Takahashi in general and have completed watching the series as well, watch this ova when you get a chance. It's worth watching and you'll enjoy it as much as i do!

This is the second story i read by Chiho Saitou that i've read that was really good (the first i've read is Revolutionary Girl Utena). To put it off, this story is really good for reasons that i will state:
1. I just love the whole plot and the characters in this story, particularly Setsuna's character. It focuses mainly on Setsuna's life as she comes to dealing what had happened 15 years ago and why she's bent on learning her past life and why she wants to have revenge against the people who caused her parents death. While dealing with these things she meets someone from
...
her past name Kenshou, who helps her recover her memories (as she had lost them the day when her parents died and stuff) and the two of them deal with handling her parents' murderers as well as finding a revealing truth about what really happened 15 years ago on the day of the accident. You also get to see romance develop between the two main characters and of course setsuna dealing with her phobia of sex (which i don't know why, but something happened which i won't spoil).
anyway this is a good manga to read and if you love chiho saitou's works and if you love revolutionary girl utena or prefer one over the other, this is a good manga to check out. Totally worth reading, even if it was only two volumes.

The reason why I say this is better than Banner of the Stars and even the prequel of the series, Crest of The Stars is because of a few reasons. Also here is the reasons why I gave it a perfect score too!
1. This one totally explores the relationship of Jinto and Lafiel. And what I mean by explore, I mean it literally focus on just how much Jinto and Lafiel love each other, and how they would react if anything ever happens to them, Mainly Jinto. I thought Crest of The Stars was a good series, since it shows how Jinto and Lafiel first
...
met each other. And I thought Banner of The Stars was alright, though it did get kinda boring after a while. But this one totally tops it by exploring more into their relationship and also showing what happens as well as what was going on and etc.
2. You gotta love the ending song. Now the ending song to Banner of the Stars was good (in fact it's my favorite ending song so far), but this one is even better. The ending song shows more emotion and in the end it will leave you feeling remorsed or sad, but at the same time really falling in love with this series like i did. I think this is a very underrated series, and i thought that this was the best out of all of them.
Overall, I say this is a really good series that will have you crying at the end, and also saying "About Time". I thought that this was way better than Banner of The Stars and it's prequel Crest of the Stars, but you might think otherwise. Either way, I recommend this series to anyone, regardless of age. A great series worth watching even if your not fond of space operas.

I can't believe that i used to like this season as a kid growing up. I can now see why though.
seeing as i am a huge fan of romance and stuff, I listed this series as a favorite because i thought the sailor moon r series stands for romance, especially when it has mamoru and usagi kissing more in the r series than anywhere else. Boy was i ever wrong.
don't get me wrong, i enjoyed this series, especially in the english dub (before cloverway owned the series and totally ruined the voices, although dic is no angel either.) But since i started watching it in
...
japanese, especially now that i am older, i have changed my mind about this season.
This series was actually pretty bad. First you have alan and ann showing up to collect energy for their doom tree, who needs energy to sustain life for whatever. And then you have mamoru, who has just been revived, only to have his memory completely lost and basically being a brat to usagi. Not to mention each of the senshi's getting awesome attack powers, only to never show up again in future episodes, which suck because their attacks were awesome. The only one whose power remains is Sailor Moon's, but she's the main title character so it doesn't mean anything.
Then there is the real arc. Finally mamoru and usagi are together again, only for chibi usa to come along and kinda ruin the whole thing. And then there is the break-up, which if you ask me was stupid and pathetic. They made mamoru into a total jerk and made them break up, whereas in the manga, they never broke up. They just have a small fight, but they never really broke up. And Usagi was never that jealous of chibi usa, at least not in the manga part. Nor was chibi usa that annoying in the manga.
They pretty much remain alone till when Usagi started recieving that dream, which was part of the reason why they broke up. Then after that, they are a couple again, though mamoru should of never broke up with usagi to begin with.
The only things that were good about this series was the music. Mainly "La Soldier" and the minor characters and the villians. Out of all the villians i felt sorry for the most, it was Saphir and Diamond. They were actually alright and hot. When they died i kinda lost it. But i wanted to finish this up in time which i finally did.
anyways, if you love sailor moon and liked the first season i recommend this for you. But otherwise for the most part, I prefer the S , the first season, and the Stars series for major enjoyment. I prefer the manga too.

As you can see, this is one of my favorite Movie out of the whole three movies that came out and here is why!
1. It is actually based off the manga, though in my opinion the manga was way better (you even get to see a party in the beginning of the manga as well as Usagi using the Luna Pen, which she hasn't used in a long time!
2. I happen to like Luna, who some may think is a nag, but at least she does care for Usagi and is actually quite useful in a lot of ways. Anyways, this is based mainly on
...
Luna.
3. C'mon, you just gotta love the plot as well as the background music and the characters and villians too. And may i say, the artwork is gorgeous!
It's about a guy named Kakeru, who dreams of going up to the moon And dreaming of a princess from the moon named Kaguya, who he is fascinated by. He is a scientist who has deep feelings for his childhood friend and partner, Himeko, who secretly loves him in return.
Anyways, Luna begins to fall in love with Kakeru after saving her from getting ran over, during which she caught a cold and stuff. Anyways, Luna falls in love with Kakeru and a love triangle forms in front of them and Himeko.
Meanwhile Earth is being controlled by a snow demon named Kaguya also, who wants to take revenge on Earth and stuff.
It's a really good movie that is my favorite out of them all, and i recommend in buying the movie as well as watching the movie too. You'll love it!
