Unexpectedly enjoyable for a Naruto film. The time travelling story is decently executed, albeit formulaic. If you're an avid fan of Doctor Who or a similar show, chances are, you'll like this one.

Don't be fooled by the poster. The fulcrum of the story is Saara; and heaps of character development and screen time are on her. Naruto and Yondaime are the supporting characters.

Saara reigns over an beautiful odd kingdom. Her goal is to "rule" like her mother, who impressed upon her to put people first. However, her odd adviser seems to have other ideas.

Animation & sound, well executed. Plotwise, it was horrible.
Admittedly, I derived my entertainment from the scrambling to keep it PG while leaving enough Freudian material to keep adults amused.

Hikaru no Go (Manga) add
Hikaru no Go is about a a boy named Hikaru who gets saddled with a igo-obsessed ghost called Sai. Soon after, Hikaru is sucked through the world of Igo and builds a passion for a game.

I can't recommend this manga series enough, especially when we have a seemingly inexhaustible supply of shounen manga featuring boys born starting the series with paranormal talents. One of the charming aspects of this series is that Hikaru starts with zero igo talents, and zero knowledge about the world of go. The reader discovers along with Hikaru what makes igo such a compelling game.
