I don't usually read manga. Wanted to check out the story after being dissatisfied with ep1 of the anime adaption, but seeing multiple 10 reviews here.
I'd give it an overall 7 "Good".
I found it an enjoyable and engaging read. The story is generally structured as a detective, and I'd say the main pull for me was in trying to figure out the puzzle elements of the plot.
I wouldn't call the writing perfect. It suffers from all the typical amateur issues such as over-explanation and immersion-breaking inattention to details. But if I was 16, I probably wouldn't mind it nearly as much. Note: this was a

translated version, so I'm not commenting on word choice or mannerisms here, but just on the pacing and focus of writing.
The main characters are serviceable. I'd say that this was written with plot puzzles in mind first, and plugging the characters in second. They don't really drive, they go with the flow.
Most side characters are just an excuse for the author to dump exposure and draw cute outfits.
Speaking of outfits, there are plenty of cute girls in provocative clothing. It's a feast for the eyes, although for some that might be too much.
Otherwise I don't feel qualified to comment on the art, since I haven't seen that much manga yet.
