first review ever! dont expect much from a teenage girl (spoiler maybe)
school rumble was recommended to me by a friend, and needless to say i was hooked. i binged this hidden gem whenever i was free, sang the intros/outros, drew the characters in my free time, and talked and talked and talked about it whenever i had the chance. this season made me feel disappointed... it was incredibly rushed. The ending for this amazing anime left a sour taste in my mouth. it felt out of place and empty. poor harima.....

the first episode of School Rumble San Gakki was really great, and it was awesome seeing Karasuma actually talk and show emotion for more than 2 seconds. seeing Karasuma reveal his feelings about Tenma in such an emotional way made me cry a little. although Karasuma can be just a monotone, dull, boring guy to others, i personally really like his character. seeing him yell at Harima like that confessing his feelings for Tenma made me emotional.
even though Karasuma's feelings swayed me, i can't say the same for the extremely hated, rushed, empty, and confusing ending overall. Compared to the beautifully contructed anime, this ending was an absolute dumpster fire. Dogshit. Garbage disposal. Rotten vegetables. Boo hoo. horrible!!!!!!
no matter how much i want to hate this show, i cant forget the times i laughed and cried in the first two seasons. this anime is real special, the characters are hilarious and unique, and the humor is immaculate!

Tenma is WAY TOO AIRHEADED! TAKE A HINT!! HARIMA LOVES YOU!! Harima deserved to confess to Tenma directly. Why didn't the writers let him?!?!??!??!! Tenma and that blue haired guy was kinda cute..... TOO BAD THE WRITERS FORGOT ABOUT HIM AND THREW THAT BEAUTIFUL INNOCENT BLUE HAIRED MAN INTO A GROUP OF DEGENERATE PERVS!!! and the last part with the 10 minute long motorcycle ride? WHY????? Harima should've ended up with either Yakumo or Sawachika. Suou should've been with Hanai or that one black haired chinese restaraunt owning guy (i forgot his name) Suou's crush for that college kid was weird asf..!! Sawachika's feelings were literally so beautiful, emotional, and relatable but were shut down and put aside by the cast most of the time. WHY??? PLEASE COMFORT MY BABY SAWACHIKA POOR GIRL!!! we needed to see more Takano!!! give Itoko (Harima's caretaker) more credit-- providing shelter for Harima and acting as an older sister/guardian to him!! Hanai without his glasses is so FINEEE!! Harima with his hair down and glasses off is so FINEEEEE!!!! like hello?? now i understand why sawachika fell in love with harima just cause of his looks cause DAMN!! the season 1 opening and ending is so YUMMY YUMMY IN MY TUMMY i love the songs they're so bangerlicious
