I find the two main characters of these TV series strikingly similar. Suzumiya Haruhi is very similar to Yuri. They are both headstrong characters with great leadership skills that lead their groups to "mischief" (to put it generally). If you love Haruhi, check out Angel Beats! Both are supernatural series but other than that they are pretty different.

If you liked Nodame Cantabile add

...then you might like Kimi ni Todoke add

Both are romance anime whose main characters are girls that are not typical "girl" types. For example, Nodame is messy and cannot cook for herself. Both couples are extremely cute, but Kimi ni Todoke's romance is more gentle than Nodame Cantabile. Also, if you enjoy music then Nodame Cantabile is a plus!

If you liked Baccano! add

...then you might like Steins;Gate add

While Baccano is not about time travel, I feel that people who enjoy Steins;gate should try out Baccano. It is bloodier than Steins;gate, but full of mystery and you get the thrill of understanding more and more each episode. Once you finish the series, you will want to rewatch it to understand it better just like Steins;gate.
