The duos of girls are pretty similar, one is a short-haired, energetic, and cheerful sweetie with big boobs (Hana & Kanade), while the other one has long hair, is anxious, and has a worried/frightened expression most of the time (Miko & Izumi).

Very similar art style and atmosphere, and the worlds resemble each other a lot. Both MCs are very knowledgeable in their respective fields (medicine and cooking), and are calm and kind. The family dynamics are the same: MC, love interest, childish little sister, parents.

Hoshifuru Oukoku no Nina
add

The stories don't hold many similarities, but their beginnings are the same: a poor girl is captured (or bought) by the prince of her country, and ends up being close to him (in Harem in the Dessert the heroine is part of the prince's harem, and in Nina The Starry Bride she takes the place of the dead princess). The girls' personalities are also quite similar, both being strong-willed, straight-forward, childish (one of them is 15 years old I think so makes sense), and devoted to their beliefs/loved ones. The princes themselves resemble each other a bit.

Both series feature inhuman detectives that even look similar. They have to resolve the mysteries surrounding humans possessed by youkai, usually killing them at the end. Very similar vibes, and the main antagonists look very similar to each other as well.

add

Both works feature protagonists that want to become hereos, and instead become magical "girls". In Ore to Hero, the MC actually becomes a girl, while in Bokura wa Mahou Shoujo he is basically forced to cross-dress (both only happen when the guys transform). However, they still continue to help people in need as magical girls/boys.

Both are nonsensical manga that focus on gore, suspense and horror. The feelings you get from reading them (a.k.a. the vibe) are almost identical, altough Dead Tube is slightly more episodic (has more arcs and no fixed plot) and Pumpkin Nights follows an actual plot.

They're both about women that get reincarnated as the young version of the villainess from an otome game. They're part of the nobility and try everything in their power to avoid the bad ending. They come to be loved by their family and most people around them, while being regarded as very smart, especially for their age. There is also magic involved. Both works have a shoujo demographic.

They are both about women that get reincarnated as the villainesses of an otome game, too late to change much of the story. Their engagements with the crown princes get broken, and they both end up in a relationship with the "villainous" brothers of the said princes. The demographic is shoujo, and they both are both focused on the romantic lives of the MCs.

Both stories are about girls that are reincarnated as the villainesses of an otome game they once played, and show their lives after they receive punishment for their "sins". In Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami the MC is made the acting lord of a fief far from the royal capital, and in Akuyaku the MC gets banished from the kingdom and becomes a nun. Both girls try their best to succes in business by using the knowledge from their own world, and are part of the nobility. Both works have a shoujo demographic and show the romantic development in the MCs lives as well.

The story follows them after they receive punishment for their "sins" by being banished from the kingdom, and show how they try to live life to the fullest now that they are free. In Akuyaku Reijou no Tsuishougo! the MC becomes a nun in another kingdom and invents different kinds of food using the knowledge she has from her past life, while in Tensei-saki the MC does the same things, except she doesn't become a nun, but remains part of the nobility. Both works have a shoujo demographic and show the romantic development in the MCs lives as well.

Although the genres are a bit different, since Namae no Nai Kaibutsu is a horror crime story and Joou Heika no Isekai Strategy is a fantasy dark and violent one, they still share similarities, like their gruesome scenes or fantasy elements (spider monsters). The MC are both girls (tho in Namae there is another MC which is a boy), and are not afraid to kill or use their subordinates (spiders) to kill, and they are both monsters as well.

Both MCs get reincarnated as spiders or something related to them, and they're focused on getting stronger, either using raw power or their minds (or both). They also end up in some sort of war against human race. In both mangas the MCs rely pretty heavily on strategies when in a battle. However, Joou Heika no Isekai Strategy is way more brutal and gruesome, so if you don't want more than the level of blood and violent fights in Kumo desu ga I wouldn't recommed it.

They both end up being the love target of the princes in that kingdom as well, without them knowing (one-sided love, at the beginning at least). While Akuyaki focuses more on the romance and sweet moments between the two, Tensei-saki is also about the MC having fun cooking. Both works are otome game isekais with shoujo demographic.

The MCs are pretty similar (and not only in appearance), they are both very smart and own their own business, not focusing that much on romance and yet ending up loved by everyone (almost). Although Mochiron isn't exactly and isekai like Koushaku, where the protagonist is reincarnated as the villainess of an otome game, it's very similar as you'll find out from the first chapter. Both girls are also part of the nobility, and their love target ends up being a prince (or more like they become the love targert of the princes). They also both have loving families. For both works the demographic is shoujo.

The "heroine" is reborn as the villainess of an otome game she once played, and she tries to change her fate by avoiding the red flags. Ironically enough, in both mangas she only "remembers" that she's not primarly from this world right at thnt in the game that would bring her to ruin: the ball event, when the prince breaks off the engagement and punishes her. In both situation the situation takes a twist for the better, and the MCs have romantic relationships with other princes. Both have the same vibe as well, pretty focused on the romantic side, but showing the development of the lives of the girls as they avoid the red flags as well.

Both MCs are reincarnated in another world that's less evolved, one as a child and one as a full grown up. Both stories focus on economics and the growth (mostly finanncially) of the girls, with little romance and, in Koushaku, lots of politics involved. The MCs are both very strong willed and are or become important figures to the public. Also both of them have loving families, despite the differences in their status.

The similarities are obvious since the first chapters, with both main characters being reincarnated in an otome game they were playing as the villainess. In Otome Game the heroine is reincarnated as a child so she does everything she can to avoid the "red flags" that would destroy her in the game, while in Koushaku the MC finds herself in the game world too late to be able to change much. However, she does everything she can to improve her life. For both works the demographic is shoujo. The art style is also similar, although in Koushaku it's more detailed and a little bit less flashy and shoujo-like. The story is a bit different, in Koshaku there's far less romance and the plot focuses on politics and economics pretty much.
