...then you might like Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Motokano datta add

While I don't recommend "Mamahaha", it's similar to Kaguya-sama in that both characters feel love for each other but can't show it due to circumstances. With the basic feature of both anime being mind games and dominating comedy (excellently handled in Kaguya-sama, not at all in Mamahaha).

If you liked Mirai Nikki (TV) add

...then you might like Darwin's Game add

Both series have similar synopsis (boy trapped in the survival game), both have a side romantic story line, both have chaotic action (hide&seek, battle royale mode, grenades), similar characters and both main characters are trapped to game by using a mobile phone.

If you liked Haha Sange add

...then you might like Oyasumi Sex add

In both anime the main character will lose a family member and both anime contain incest.

If you liked Aura: Maryuuin Kouga Saigo no Tatakai add

...then you might like Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! add

Both have basically a same plot - in childhood, main character was "busted" in imagined fantasy world and after time he normalizes. Later he meet girl with same problem and he tries to help her.

If you liked Air add

...then you might like Kanon (2006) add

Both series are created by Key games and produced by Kyoto Animation. They also have similar sad story, almost identical animation and both have very similar characters and plot. So if you like one of them, you probably will like the other.
