Both Bakemonogatari (from the Monogatari series) and Steins;Gate are dialogue heavy and have little to no fight scenes, of which, personally, I really like. This means that you have to listen and recall a lot of what the characters say to understand the story to it's full potential, but if you are willing to do that then the payoff is pretty good. Bakemonogatari has a bit more of a darker, creepy atmosphere to it compared to Steins;Gate, which has a light and normal feel to it at first and then it slowly shifts into a darker mood. Steins;Gate is about time travel/multiple universes whilst Bakemonogatari is about apparitions and vampires. They both have a main character who is unique, and kind of crazy, and they choose to help solve other peoples problems using whatever means they can. Both of these titles are in my top 3 anime series (I gave both 10/10), which shows that I enjoy dialogue a lot. So, if you enjoy good story and dialogue, then these anime are for you.

Ookami to Koushinryou

Both of these shows and their settings give me the impression of a vast land that can be explored to your hearts content, where almost everything is untouched by humans and their concrete. Both shows seem peaceful, not all the time in Utawarerumono though, and they both seem to give of the same aura about them. Although Ookami to Koushinryou (or Spice and Wolf) is more of a relaxed, travelling and economy based anime, and Utawarerumono is more of a small countries going to war anime, they still are very similar to me because of the rest of the aspects in both shows. I would say that if you like the fantasy genre, and you liked one of these shows, then you may also like the other one.

Romance, Problems with one's self, Slice of lifey. All the normal stuff that creates a good show with a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed both of these shows almost equally as much and recommend anyone that has watched Clannad and Clannad: After Story to go and watch Toradora! The decision to watch both of these shows is far from regrettable and will leave you with hours of happiness and days of life changing thoughts and feelings.
