...then you might like Another add

It must be acknowledged that both Another and Mirai Nikki are similar in more ways than one can imagine. Coincidentally, both Another and Mirai Nikki are of the fantasy genre as well as the horror genre. The fact these anime's share both of my favourite genre's is enough to lead me in, but there's more. Also, both of these anime's have the same themes present within them. These themes consist of death and teenagers. These themes continue throughout every episode. Both are very dark and have similar characters. I shall explain further. Mirai Nikki's main central focus is around a girl. This is also subsequent of the anime, Another. They both also have the sub-protagonist of a male in both anime's. The male in both anime's also helps further the plot, by being the female's goal. Both anime's also have exquisite art. I would highly recommend this anime if you liked and loved Another, and vise versa.

If you liked Shiki add

...then you might like Another add

Shiki is similar to both Another and Mirai Nikki. This is because again the anime shares characters and themes. The main protagonist in Shiki could be argued of being either the girl or boy, but I myself think it is the boy. Though this might sound as if it juxtaposes with the recommended anime's it doesn't. It is really quite similar. Shiki's main theme is that of death. Death is like the central for the plot as the town gets consumed by it one by one. Without giving too much away, this anime also shares the theme of fantasy, or rather, supernatural. This is another positive point to this anime that may lure many viewers in. Personally, I think that this anime is a little more retro feeling rather than the luxury art you gain through Another and Mirai Nikki. I would highly recommend this anime to those who have enjoyed the other anime's I have recommended.
