Up until episode 19 I gave this show an 8, then they introduce a character named Lucifer and hint at the end that he might be a good guy and in fact is one of the main characters. I watched episode 20 to see if they did it and yes, one of the main characters turns out to be a fallen angel named Lucifer who wants to save humanity.
What on Earth were they thinking making the most evil being in the Bible the good guy? I could not continue, I skipped to the last few minutes of last episode to see how it ended

If it's one thing i've learned about reviews it is that you should mostly ignore them. A lot of shows I really liked were rated poorly and had lots of scathing not recommended reviews. Anime is an escape, a visual novel, best to search out genres and themes that interest you.
