Don't think, just read it.
The story is not really unique but it doesn't try to be...it just wants to tell you a story and tells it beautifully .
Personally, I really enjoyed the simple artstyle and even though the character designs are very simple it still stuck with me.
The only problem with this manga is that it isn't longer.
