Veritas its a manga about never stop fighthing, the most common thing in this manga its the fights of the protagonist Gangryong and thats not a bad thing actually as they have enough of other things to dont make it feel repetitive.
The story goes beyong being the strongest or something like that, its kind of the main drive of the protagonist to always fight with someone stronger, but the whole thing isnt about that, you will also have a good dose of secrets and story to know what and why is happening and a lot of fun times, the manga doesnt take itself to seriously

and thats a good thing because it lets itself to be diverse enough.
The art its good, you have strong guys without being too exagerated or them being 2 meters tall, but they way well defined faces and look in peak shape meanwhile the girls look pretty with smooth round faces with some big proportions, you get many panty shots and a bit of fanservice but it never feels like so much that it would hurt the manga, and the fights are great visually with a lot of complicated moves and nice visual, you can feel the strenght.
There is not much to tell about the characters, they arent bad and have their struggles and secrets, but they dont feel too trascendant, you will feel good or bad for them and will support them, but i dont think they will mark your life as characters from other series.
Overall i think its pretty enoyable and you should give it a check, if the fighthing its not your thing maybe you would want to check something else, the fights here arent everything but they are still the most important part but it has enough of other good points to keep you entertained and not just looking at a fight after fight after fight.
It think it deserved that second part, sadly we will never see it.

I love this series, this one must be my favorite shows in the whole existance and i even use my necklace of the atomic drill almost everyday, im exagerating? most probably i do, but this is one of those times where i feel the only option its being hyped.
This series its about doing the impossible, its the motto of the whole anime, and again and again and again they will prove that they can do it, that sometimes you just gotta believe in you, grit your teeth and fight.
The characters are great and everyone feels important, from our heroes to the secondary characters, everyone has

a point to be there and sure maybe some are at the background mostly but thats normal, not everyone can be important.
The animation and sound are amazing, some fights are jaw dropping specially to the end and the music its memorable being a sung fusion of rap and opera that you can hear on the background of the big moments.
I dont feel the need to make this longer because im sure you already heard of this series before at some point, and most probably you heard that the people were exagerating with the good things, and maybe we do, but after seing the series you will understand why we do it, even if you end dont liking it, the worst thing this series its gonna give you, its a good time.

Being honest i didnt knew anything about the series before hand, i just picked it because i needed something to watch from netflix while i run, but honestly im glad i picked it.
I really like the series with good fights and this one had a lot in that deparment, even though the anime its a mecha one, you dont see over powered things from the mechs that ends blowing up everything, even the power rangers had lasers and stuff, here you have lots of cool meelee fights, many enemy mechs have their specialities but never something capable of obliterating half a city.

have many cliche traits but at least you have a steady character development so they dont become annoying, except maybe one or two.
The sound its pretty good, i really enjoyed the openings and endings and the fights had their sword clashes on point.
The animation looks nice, its not something amazing, but the mechs are well done and the characters looks nice.
Overall i think its a good series, its not perfect because of some cliches and sometimes i felt it was too slow the pacing, but nothing too hurt the series too much, so i suggest you give it a chance, its always enjoyable to see a good mecha fight.
