Hi! I'm Shane and I'm obsessed with anime obviously. My goal is to get to 500 days watched. Big task but join me on my journey and see what I'm Watching!

Robin and Frieren are my waifus. Johan Liebert is the best and most intriguing villain in all of anime that I've watched and it doesn't feel close. Everything he put Tenzo and the supporting cast through is just articulated and masterfully done. Monster is such an amazingly well written series over all that keeps you on your seat and wondering what will happen next.

Frieren is a beautifully sculpted anime that explores the themes of loss, friendship, and the hard goodbyes along the journey; especially when you're an Elf thats lived for thousands of years and meet countless people. It's perfect from start to finish showing Frierens character development from not really showing emotion or love to actually caring about Fern and Stark and realizing she cherished the 10 years she spent with Hemmel, Hieter and Eisen. Frieren also discovers that she loved Himmel and vice versa. From the moment I pressed play to the moment I finished I was glued and immersed into the story of Frieren and her past party and current party. This show is a must watch maybe not for everyone but can definitely teach you how to enjoy life and your people before they are gone forever.
