Written by the same guy, they are bound to be slightly similar. But he takes it to the next step and makes the story the same aswell. A normal guy is the most powerful man in the universe, and he has no emotion. Very funny aswell

They both follow a young lad with one or more parents killed at the start of the series. They meet interesting characters and the animation is beautiful in both of the shows. The action in Vinland Saga and in Demon Slayer is amazing, the fight scenes are so good. They are also similar in length.
