I'll tell you what; this isn't even the worst anime I've watched. It is so incompetent and so horribly made that you can at least find some redemption in the humor that stems from those two factors.
The two-minute-long introductory scene (which, by the way, amounts to over 10% of the anime's length), is so boring and meaningless that the anticlimactic ending of this scene feels like a punchline. It is genuinely hilarious to see whatever value could have come from this scene just "evaporate" in a single instant. Throughout this masterpiece, we are met with a guy in an armoured suit whose voice sounds
...
so muffled that you could swear that they actually stuffed his VA inside a real armoured suit. We see that a character gets her head blown off and is taken to the hospital in a brave yet futile effort to save her life. By the end we have a plot twist (which isn't even a twist if you've been paying attention to the awful exposition) which makes you wonder why an asteroid hasn't wiped us all out yet.
In conclusion you could find worse. At least this is a single 19-minute-long episode, credits and everything, so you're not dedicating much time to watching this crap. Not that you have anything better to do. And it can make you laugh from how bad it is, so that's always nice. I would suggest Skelter+Heaven for something that is truly unredeemable.
