My Hero Academia is slowly but surely becoming Fairy Tail 2.0.
Every time I hear something good about "My Hero Academia", it has mainly to do with its writing and how beautiful it is. There are also so many great developments from many characters, so they say, but I don't see any of this. I really don't. I'm probably being a bit too nitpicky with the show but I really wouldn't mind at all if only people would stop calling this show's writing a magnum opus when you all know that's not true. I, personally would call "My Hero Academia" a cringe show and not
...
in a good way, either. It's a show that gets on my nerves, can't stand, and yet, I've seen all 4 seasons of this damned franchise and I will finish everything with a little hope that its writing will be a little better, but I don't think it will ever happen since you know, I'm reading the fucking manga and it's looking real bad there as well.
The third season starts with a filler and despite my hatred for fillers in general, the first episode was genuinely a good episode (as far as fillers go) but it was still a recap of the story and honestly I would have gladly done without. Then it starts with the arc of "Saving the girl from the bad guy, because we're heroes even though there are so many other people out there that need our help and we should dedicate our time to them as well but who cares about them as long some one random kid is saved and let's cliche the fuck out of it". Oh yeah, it's just happen that the girl has the power of rewind time (VERY convenient for what's going to happen later). Fortunately for everyone, she has not control over it, so our boi, Deku - was able to save her and in the meantime Mirio lost his quirk powers, a random dude dies, some chicks do nothing, random stuff happens at random, 3-5 episode fillers, a not-so-good animation is not-so-good and predominantly we get to see many bad dudes. They show up now, but not before, because why exactly? I see, because the plot didn't want them before. Oh Yeah, It's All Coming Together.
Basically the whole premise of this season is basically to save her (and give her the happy life everyone needs, lol), a kid nobody cared before, and I can't believe it took that many episodes to save her who to tell you the truth, can't give a damn about. Like, no. She's that one girl everyone wants to protect but why though? Because she's cute? Because, you know, she's a kid? Dude, if I were a hero, i'd go from town to town to look for people who need my help. I'm not gonna take days staying around her as Midoriya and others do because... reasons? In fact, I don't think I exactly know why it was so necessary to save her... no, I actually know the reason of such thing, it's because we have to make our main character somewhat revelant. Whatever happens, Deku will take care of the main villain of the arc.
What bothers me is the coincidence that both Midoriya and Mirio stumbled upon her just after Midoriya somehow got Nighteye's approval on becoming his student and before somehow after Nighteye himself apparently had a plan to bring down Chisaki and his gang that just happens, the little girl both our heroes stumbled upon, I think a day before, is in that group, too. In my entire life i've never seen a more convenient thing than this part here. Think about it. If Deku never went to Nighteye, all this would probably never happened, and thus, the girl would have suffered even more before someone really was able to save her (if not never saved), but because Midoriya is the main character, he'll save her anyway (which he did), even going up against a probably much stronger enemy but because she has the power of rewind throughout the fight she was able to repair Deku's body, so he wouldn't explode and all this make the entire fight, a complete ex machina + asspull and bullshit, too. Look, the problem here is Deku and nobody else. He's writen in such a nuance that is so repetitive, nausating and predicable.
I can predict what he'll do because he has the same personality he had at the beginning. He has been doing stuff over and over again with the same outcome that wouldn't put him in any danger. He ain't in danger and probably never will. Did you see how he beat Gentle? Did you? It was a total bullshit of a fight. Deku was down. He was annihilated by gentle and yet, he won? How that happened? He doesn't surrender. He's persistent. Yes, this is what the author has made of him. Persistent. You'd think that does mean shit, amirite? Yes, but who the fuck cares anyway, he's the protagonist, logic means shit here anyway. Both Gentle and La Brava would have won since the beginning but because he's the main character and because of his own victories he'd became a much mature person, according to the author.
Has he become one?
No and probably never will. Being a cringy kid and shooting clichés every two seconds doesn't make you one. Being over obsessed with "justice" doesn't make you one. Being the overprotective person doesn't make one.
My Hero Academia is badly written. The series has way too many characters that does not flesh out a single one. They are all here because they're told to be and when they fight, they do win but they win in "Deku style". You know, the villain has the upper hand but because of a flashback or that set character endurance they force their body to its limit and win, by one blow. Have you noticed this patern? You never see a flashy fight but rather a dull one when some people hit each other non-stop for a few seconds multiplie times and the winner is the most obvious you can think of. I tell you, on this season there should have been at least 5 deaths. Some characters have a plot armor beyond belief. They won't die no matter what. Anyways, as I said, the writing is bad, so I chosed a random scene just to prove it to you:
- Uraraka gets knocked out by a big dude.
- Asui too gets knocked out by the same big dude.
- The big dude is about to deal up to the 9th strongest hero.
- It is not so clear whether one of the strongest heroes would win against him or not.
- Uraraka sees Deku (Toga in disguise).
- Uraraka, real shit, despite I can't move and despite being almost unconscious by the enemy's power, I have to force myself moving because (this is repeated later in the episode, but this time she sees the real deku) we are taught by seniors not to give up and somehow move the villain to where Deku (Toga in disguise) had said, with Asui, in case you didn't figure that out. Asui came outta nowhere to help Uraraka and split some clichés alongside Uraraka. Did she also saw Deku? I do assume she stopped "being unconscious", by seeing him, right? Above all, how they both were able to escape from that big dude's power? Whatever that fucking thing was, it was something that made both girls lose senses. You'd think even if the bad dude were to be defeated, it'd take a minute or so for them get conscious, but nope, it only took less than 5 seconds for them completely be fine and be able to use their powers at full. Man, some of these scenes are incomprensibile.
It all goes like that. Instead of using strategies to defeating the bad dudes, they get overpowered by them, rarely goes vice versa and by the end of the fight, heroes win. Now, how come the heroes win when they're clearly not strong enough to have the better? The answer is pretty simple, they SHOULDN'T. What they should, though, is to have a proper training such as fighting with professionals, until the proper gets unconscious more and more times until the victory goes the vice versa. It's gonna take a while but because it's writing is really bad they'll face off a villain anyway and eventually win, presumably without too many consequences if not any. They obviously do it but it is very rare. Students should be pressured many times to learn the dangerous that is the outside.
Also, let's talk about Uraraka a bit since now we're here. Is there anything useful she can do without yelling "Deku" every two seconds? We all know she loves him, and i'm happy for her but she only needs to hear his name or see him fighting to make herself do something is something i'm not happy of. She should have some character development, at the very least, by the end of the story. At least I hope because as for now, she's quite literally useless. Most of the girls are, in fact. At no point any of them got their shining moment. What a shame.
Least but not last, allow me to spare two words about something that I, for the love of god don't understand. I am obviously referring to the "characters power and their name" via text that appears on everyone's appearance. And not only that, do you guys remember Hizashi? He's that one character no screen time was given, instead the author has found a clever way to making him talk as much as one can by repeating the same stuff over and over again. If it's a new power and Hizashi explains it, i'll be completely fine with that but because we're given explanation to powers we have the knowledge of already, it's making me to believe it's just added there to pad some time. Considering this is the 4th season of the franchise, I doubt it's gonna stop anytime soon but it really should. It's annoying and distracting.
My Hero Academia is highly praised and I have nothing against that but people need to know that its writing it's not pioneer and overall it'll never be. Whatever the reason you are watching this anime, I say, hats off to you on appreciating these characters and their story. I really couldn't. I tried, but I just couldn't since most of the characters are both uninteresting and annoying.

I must confess that I am writing this review as a virgin (I'll let you decide whether I'm a Male or Female).
"Ishuzoku Reviewers" is the same borderline hentai that we've all previously seen and yet, it has gotten a praise beyond belief. It doesn't offer anything new, it doesn't try to elevate itself and it looks ugly (as usual) so why the love then?
It appears this anime portrays every man's dream. A dream everyone has had at one point of life. Fucking all them bitches because yes, the female portraying is the usual although here it's slightly pushed to the next level. Every female here
...
is destined to work as a prostitute and I don't think I've seen a single character opposed to this cruelty. They like it and that's all the explanation we got.
"Ishuzoku Reviewers" isn't really good and one of the main reasons is the sex, it's main subject matter. It's hentaish and you know what that means... it sucks. For some reason every sex scenes in anime doesn't work too well whereas in manga it does. If this was a manga instead I might have liked it but because it's in an anime i've FELT a level of disgust to watching it. I've seen a lot of hentai and there's only one that was decently made but that was because of its story, in "Ishuzoku Reviewers" that's not the case since there's not story. Stuff happens throughout the show but it leads to nowhere... well that's not exactly true since everything leads towards sex and our guy, Rance's older brother Stunk who will take care of them pusss, amirite!?! Jesus o lord I ask your forgiveness for having seen this abomination.
The characters are weird. Their design seem to be coming from hell itself. Especially the females. Because there are so many it's hard to draw them properly and it leads to some creepy looking ones. Christ, I've seen a 70 years old naked and she's pounded by a kid. Now yes, he's over 200 years old but because the age here is out of charge It's hard to know how old someone might be or not. Unless they're explicitly mentioned there's not way of knowing a kid has been infiltrated there to fuck some chicks... for whatever reason... Someone please call Chris Hansen.
The worst part of the anime is the sex duration. We don't actually get a specific time of its duration but it's pretty clear that the main characters has been having sex everyday multiple times which leads me think, is that even possible considering one of them is a human? Because, if it's based in real-life then it shouldn't be possible for a human being. For the other characters, it's hard to tell since they're a different race but i'm sure there's a limit. It's not you can go and bust out at any given time, amirite? I know what are you asking? But why? I want it to be realistic, that's why. What we get to see is definitely not that. In the anime seems like the main characters can have sex all day whereas that's not possible especially for the human dude. He's the one with the most screentime and yet, we get to see him all day smashing everyone.
The animation was probably the best i've seen in hentai, period. Unfortunately we're cursed to having always bad animation in them since even if they had a great animation no one would contribute to buying anything related to that. It's one of the reason why stuff like "Ishuzoku Reviewers" exists so people could actually spend some money on. Ultimately, I won't be the one spending for this crap.
Look, I like hentai (a few of them) but in anime they never get portrayed accurately. In the manga is much better, at least in perspective. Whoever draws them know how the body autonomy works. The animators clearly don't. Moreover, borderline hentai has no future. Either you turn into a full hentai or you go with ecchi. There isn't a middle section nor will be one. Just, FYI.
Go watch Rance 01 if you want something decent. Its one of my all-time favorites.

I never had a dream I wanted to accomplish. I was born, raised in perfect conditions and will continue to move forward without a final destination. However, upon watching "Runway de Waratte" I couldn't help myself but think that accomplishing a dear dream of yours should really be wonderful. Yes, it won't be easy, but I truly think the best thing is to at least try and if you fail, you should look at the sky and say - Damn, what a journey that was, I should follow up on it. (I would definitely do this exact way if it ever happened to me).
"Runway de
...
Waratte" presents the kind of situation when characters have a dream and they genuinely care about it but the way forward is absurdly hard that at any given time they can fail as for the world's ruthless. The way it's displayed is phenomenal which shows how difficult it is to get anything.
"Runway de Waratte" is very simple to understand, but to fully understand it you must first understand the characters struggles. You should put yourself in their place and suffer as much as they have. Only in this way will you be able to understand and piece everything together to how great this anime really is. Did I do it too? Yes, and let me tell you something, it's absurdly sad. It's more I would have thought. Whenever I saw someone cry in this anime, a piece of me died along with them. I was suffering for them as well.
The anime is about fashion, and I'll be completely honest with you, I never cared about. I've seen some videos here and there about it, but it's not just my type of cum, but when an anime takes that and goes to the next level I'll just say that I'll get hooked up and I did. Even though the characters were the center of attention, I was quite interested on that to the point I was trying to learn how the whole thing worked and at the end of the day, you need to be good at that to have a minimum chance on getting the fame one is looking for.
"Runway de Waratte" would be described in one word "rejection". Everyone gets rejected on something and I also have come to understand that in addition to hard work you have to be a little lucky. Without that you won't be going too far on anything. "Rejection" in a sense you won't be receiving anything at first but after a hard-ass work that ultimately would fail.
The characters in "Runway de Waratte" are the best part of the anime. I wouldn't have liked the show as much as I do without them in it because lemme tell you something, I like them. Even the most douchebag ones are somewhat likable because I can feel their strugglest as well. I can sense the sadness they have experienced throughout their life.
The story is awesomely great even though the amount of cliches might ruin a lot of people's enjoyment. Almost half of the anime is comedy and because it is one of those types of comedies it might turn off tons of people but I think it works pretty well for this kind of stories. It would have been better if it had been reduced but I myself didn't mind.
As for the technical sector, no excellence, but not even a serious lack, to be clarified. The character design is amazing: the only flaw are the body proportions which sometimes it feels like seeing a body of 6.5 feel tall person and I didn't mind that because it's anime and hell but hell, they're really tall. Even the protagonist who appears to be short (according to others) is extremely tall when on screen.
"Runway de Waratte" is one of my favorite anime i've seen in my life and I'll continue to repeat this for years to come.
Chiyuki must be protected at any cost.

"Koisuru Asteroid" is one of those anime than unless you're interested on its subject matter you won't be liking it as much as you'd want to. What if I told you that's not always the case. What if I told you that the characters could make the story rather the aforementioned "subject matter"? "Koisuru Asteroid" is certainly one of those anime, and I'll prove it to you.
Yes, because the characters are so likable it makes me ignore the fact i've never been interested in astronomy. It's fascinating because throughout the anime I learned so much about something that it never mattered to me and all
...
this thanks to its characters interaction, which I have to say, it's actually hilarious. They somehow make it possible to be hilarious and at the same time, explain further the astronomy. I actually did some research and whoever wrote the script did a good job of explaining things in the best way possible. It's not confusing to say the least and the comedy makes it better. I'll be honest, if it was a serious show i would have probably dropped it long time ago, and while I like it when something is serious, some things have to be hilarious, otherwise it wouldn't work as it should.
The story is also nice even though sometimes it feels like most of it is filler and does not progress the story. This has mainly to do with the amount of characters and the fact it's set at school. Considering the amount of characters, lets very little to development but I don't think it wouldn't matter that much since the story is plot-triven rather than character-driven. The main point of the anime was explained extremely well and that's what matters in the most. Everything else irrelevant.
"Koisuru Asteroid" is clearly not for everyone... in fact I dare to say it's just for a group of people but if you ever wondering if it's worth watching then my answer would be... thoroughly. Watch it at least for the characters as they're so damn lovely.

A cute girl? You got that here.
A depressed story? You'd be crying twice.
Interesting characters? Without any doubt.
A good father figure? Better than mine (kidding).
Thoughtful moments? It's deeper than you think.
This anime is everything you could wish for. From the character gimmicks to the grandiose story. You wouldn't immediately think about any of this at first as it has a slow start but when it starts for real it goes at 360 in 6 seconds and you can not go back. Oh no you can't, and that's a good thing. Why go back when you can experience such a thing in the first place? Its something
...
that happens twice in 400 years and the time has finally come for this masterpiece to be seen.
Yes, "Somali to Mori no Kamisama" is a masterpiece of an anime and not simply one of them, it's THE masterpiece I was looking for. An anime it could make me laugh, think, cry and more importantly care about characters, each of them and all in a span of 12 episodes. "Somali" is extraordinarily in every field but the best thing about this are clearly the two main characters, Somali and Golem that share a great daughter-father relationship. They're not releated by blood but that's the great thing since it shows that it is not necessary to be related by blood to show the effect to someone. They are so fantastic together and what makes it better is the fact that Golem has no emotions, so you at no point of its runtime you'll hearing him scream because Somali did something she shouldn't have. He comprehend many emotions, but since it cannot manifest them, it is difficult to fully understand them. Which is completely natural and makes the relationship between the two even realistic.
The story is incredibly beautiful. While sometimes predictable, It got me invested that I never thought it would have. This has mainly to do with the characters that make it interesting. Throughout the journey (yes, this is not an anime, its a journey and I'll be observing until it ends) we meet a lot of charaters that in the surface may seem not that great but if you go deep into them you'd find so much regarding them that i'm sure you'd be pleased. They, when doing something have always a reason. Now, the reason may be "good" or "bad" in the way you view it. I viewed as good and will always be because I can feel them and their hatred or love for anything seems reasonable. I really can, which it makes me love the anime even more. It proceeds with the right narrative rhythm, without slowing down too much, taking the time necessary to create characters with a certain thickness and it does quite well.
As for animation, I think it's fantastic, even in action scenes. It is not a series that you would see too many fights, but for what we got the animation was really competent. It's not the best, I admit it but then again this is not an action anime when fights have the priority so therefore it doesn't matter. As for the the sound deparment, it's great too. I expected The opening and ending be more catchy but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Not saying they're bad, it's just I wasn't too much interested in them as much I wanted to be. They're good on their own way, though. OSTs instead are literary masterpiece. Especially the ones that are used for sad moments.
"Somali to Mori no Kamisama" is both underrated and underwatched. It's not getting the attention as much I'd like to. If you're reading this review and you're in search of an anime that has a genuine good story, awesomely characters and more importantly, daughter-father interaction - this is the one you've been looking for. There may be stuff that potentially could turn you off but overrall I think it deserves a try.
Golem is such a good father.

Please, take a seat and let me tell you why this anime sucks.
I honestly would have skipped this if it wasn't for the fact I scrolled down the winter-anime-list until the end. Since there are so many, I skip many that don't seem interesting enough to try. Among the unpopular anime I started watching "Natsunagu", mainly because of the cover. It has a really cool-looking one and and as for usual I gave it a try and oh my, what I found wasn't pleasing.
We are introduced to the protagonist who for some reason wants to meet her best "friend" because she had met her
...
in an online game and after playing for a long time she suddenly decides to meet her supposedly best "friend" even though it's just her who wants for that to happen, but who even cares about that since the protagonist is just absolutely selfish. Yup, Natsuna is insufferable, unbearable, and insupportable. As long as she can accomplish stuff she cares about she won't be giving two shits about anyone else. I hate her because she's got helped so many times and yet, she's that selfish and at no point in the story she tried to change herself.
There's a scene in a later episode when she talks to this girl and she kept asking her about the "friend" she herself had to travel to come and see and the girl said "No" at least 4 times in the span of 30 seconds and still, Natsuna was so persistent on this that at one point I really wanted to punch her right in the face. If someone says no, then it's a no. There is no point in asking anymore.
Natsuna doesn't evolve. Her character doesn't mature. She's still the same person as she was in the first episode, and don't come to me and say that she matures in the last two episodes because she doesn't. She's helped by the support cast (which I have to say that it's so random everyone in the town helps her out) and gives her the motivation "she's in need". That's just a combination of deus ex machina and a little bs. Those three are here to serve help because she needs it? No, it’s because she's written this way. She doesn't need help and yet she gets it because we have to somehow lead her to the final destination even though she can do that easily by herself.
As for the ending, I cried. Not because it was sad but because the show had finally ended. It took awhile but it finally happened and for whatever reason I have a feeling we'll be getting a sequel which in all honesty, I would like to be part of the staff so I can get the chance to write the story and with that in mind, kill Natsuna near the ending. Ah yeah, that's so spicy.
Itsuki is way too good for Natsuna.

I was unsure, unsure of watching this. I thought it would be so generic and unfunny to roll my eyes. I thought that I'd hate the show and its characters. I thought if I start watching the anime I would have dropped it within the first 5 minutes. I thought of all this and decided to skip it. I decited to not watch it, and I ignored it. I ignored all the memes people were making of the show. I ignored all the videos on Youtube and all the possible outcomes to getting a single picture of the show in front of me. I indeed
...
thought and did all of this.
That was my biggest mistake ever. That was something I should have never done to myself. The cover certainly didn't help. The plot either. I hadn't read the manga the anime was based off. I never heard someone talk about this serie before. For a moment I thought that Satan himself brought it to me as a kind of torture. But instead it t was Jesus who gave it to Santa Claus to give it to me. It was an early present, and what a present that was. A masterpiece of an anime. Oh yeah, the best gift imaginable.
Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun is by far the most surprising anime I've seen in recent years. No one, with a good understanding of anime would have though that this anime would have been this good. Most of the "elite" people would have gone with the typical answer of "Ah yeah, it seems like another of those generic isekais that we're forced to endure until the end of time". Which, they're Certainly not wrong. As most viewers would do upon watching an anime is looking at the cover and considering this anime as a cover has certainly turned off a lot of viewers on ignoring it (as of myself) because of the genericness the show has (It certainly does have it, to some extent, tho). However, sometimes in order to know the liking of something you have to go balls deep. Sometimes you have to even force yourself into watching something as the final result might actually surprise you. It's not recommendable but sometimes efficient.
In my case, it didn't just surprise me as a whole but since the beginning I loved it. I loved every second of it. I loved the environment which resembles a lot to Soul Eater. I loved the characters and their design. I loved the premise. I loved the humor. I loved everything the show had to offer. The main character while not relatable to me I could see why he would be one of the greatest isekai protagonist out there. His charisma and his timing for a funny face of his is something I truly liked. It's funny. While sometimes some clichès can ruin a joke I was relieved that the amount of clichès here found didn't had any effect on them. It was as if they were telling two different jokes and I laughed at both. That kind of thing. The characters are also likable. Very much so. They even tend to overshadow the main character at times on how great they are. Their personalities definitely helps and that's the best part of the show. Their personalities. I keep repeating this but I can't help it on how great their personalities are. They're fun on screen and whatever happens be it good or not they're hilarious at any given time.
With that said, there's one thing that I have a complaint with and that is the amount of characters the show has. Because most of the time the story is set at school it leads no time for any character devolvement. There's some but it's not in a gran scale, but then again it's not it has a crazy amount of episodes to accomplish that task. Many of them are fodder, so I guess it doesn't matter.
As for the technical sound of the show, I'd say if the second best thing about the show. Especially the opening. The opening has been a blast and it's in English. We usually don't get too many openings on that language so it's a nice touch, i'd add. Also, there weren't too many OSTs throughout the show. It would have been greater if there'd been variety of it. Nonetheless, for what we've gotten, it was awesome.
As I previously said, I loved watching this anime. While it didn't bring anything new to the table I still think it's a fresh air of the usual isekai we get, don't you think? It's actually hilarious of an anime and I would recommend to anybody. Ah yeah... I forgot to add. Best female of the show is Amelie. Liked her personality and the design looks so damn good. Definitely waifu material.
I had fun watching this, and I hope you did too.
