The two main characters from both manga are very similar. Banana Fish is basically a more mature version of Let Dai and focuses more on plot while Let Dai focuses more on the shounen-ai aspect. Both involve dark themes as well.

Both are about ballet. The heroines both dance freely and for fun with determination. Subaru is basically the more mature version of Kenrantaru Grande Scène.

Both are a Japanese "historical"-type setting and have capable likable heroines. One difference between the heroines is the fact that Yona started off weak and grew as a character while Maomao in Kusuriya no Hitorigoto was capable from the very beginning due to living in a harsher environment than Yona. Both are very enjoyable and refreshing stories.

Although the plot is completely different, the relationship between two male characters was extremely similar. I got the same vibe from Nabari no Ou as No.6 while I was reading it. Both manga have unique characters and refreshing stories.
