A very beautiful film exploring the complex and strained relation between humans and androids in a future world. The film narrates the story of a boy who stumbles upon a cafe," Time of Eve" that , unlike almost all other places, do not discriminate between robots and humans and how ensuing events changes his perception of his own life and of robots, who were hitherto been thought of as machines without any emotional intelligence or personality. Despite massive constraint of time, the film did really well in taking us through the inner workings of most of the main characters, although the anime does ... leave us with unanswered questions, thankfully, the vast amounts of anime with cliffhangers have made us oblivious to these pains. Agreat plot, good animation, very good and likable characters are some of its major positives. To sum up, Eve no Jikan is a class act is highly recommended for all those who enjoy good movies.
