Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo is a sci-fi semi-slice of life semi-romance movie. The main character, Makoto, attains the ability to "leap" through time. Paradoxes ensue.
Story: For the most part, the story was very good. However, I felt it was difficult at times to follow exactly what is going on. Drawing out a timeline along with alternate timelines could help clarify the plot. The ending could have been a little better, but is okay as it stands. 9/10
Art: The movie in general has very good art, especially on landscapes and specific details. However, some of the movements made by characters seem poorly done and sometimes it
...
looks like the artists didn't bother drawing in faces from a father distance. For the most part, Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo has good art, but cannot really rival to Makoto Shinkai's works like Byousoku 5 cm per second or The Place Promised in Our Early Days. 9/10
Sound: The music for the movie was very good overall, but I had only one problem with one aspect of the overall sound. This is my personal opinion. I thought Makoto's crying was rather annoying, as if she were a 5 year old. Otherwise, the movie's sound was great. 9/10
Character: The movie has a very interesting cast of characters. The interactions among these characters can be very amusing and allow the audience to understand more about the characters. Most characters turned out to be very likable (except for a crazy one or two =P) 10/10
Enjoyment: I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie. There were definitely the funny moments of this movie. The movie was able to leave me with a sense of satisfaction and the thought, "Man I'm so glad I decided to watch this movie." 10/10
Overall: A few pieces still don't click in my head yet, mainly from the plot, but I would highly recommend watching this series. It doesn't matter if sci-fi is not your genre. The other parts of the movie will pull you in. 10/10

Yes. I know. It doesn't average out. Deal with it.
Shuffle! is a harem anime based off a visual novel, as you probably already know. Beyond that, the series completely lost me.
Story: When it got to a certain point for me, there story blew right past me and everything kind of went downhill. Guy meets one girl from the past, then another, and soon has all sorts of girls around him. Typical harem, nothing special.
Art: For the most part, I have found that animes that come from visual novels tend to have good art, and this series was no exception. The overall art to me was
...
above average, but nothing that stands out.
Sound: Meh. Again, nothing special. Voice actors aren't bad. For instance, the voice actor for the main male protagonist Rin also did Kyon in Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. Nothing particularly bad about the overall sound, but wasn't great either.
Character: I should really be giving this a lower score...The fact that some of the main characters were introduced for no apparent reason in the end really hurt the series. Still, anyone looking for a harem anime will find that there is a girl for almost all the general categories.
Enjoyment: I didn't like the ending. There's nothing much more to say. Again, the fact that some main characters did not have a big impact in any way at the end really hurt. Other than that, I almost thought the series was going to turn out like School Days for a moment, and I almost stopped watching the end altogether.
Overall: If you want a harem anime, it's right here. If you were looking for a romance series between the main male protagonist and one of the more main female protagonists, prepare to be badly disappointed.

The Utawarerumono DVD Specials take a look on the lighter side of the series, somewhere in the middle when the situation was much more peaceful. These four mini-episodes, each from 6 to 10 minutes long, are hilarious. I thought the first, third and fourth were slightly funnier than the second one, but the second one was still pretty funny.
It must be said that there is a need to watch the first special before the second, and the third before the fourth (which I cannot find a subbed version of). Even so, the fourth special is not all to hard to follow even without subs. The
...
video says it all.
The art is more or less the same as the original series, with some added humorous expressions of all varieties. The specials also try to get just about every main character into it; Karura, Kurou, all the bad guys, and Tusukuru (well of course, she's dead) do not necessarily appear. Karura will be briefly shown though.
Overall, I highly recommend watching these if you have passed the halfway point of the series or finished it. Watching these specials before watching the original series is something that should not be done, or you will be sitting and watching this thinking, "Who the heck are these people?" Basically, don't watch this until you have seen Touka (who plays a big part in Specials 3 and 4). Enjoy!

Onegai Twins OVA:
The plot is pretty straightforward...with subtitles. Karen is over-possessive of Maiku, abandoning the "Love Alliance" formed in the actual series. Of course, Maiku wants to be left alone to do his work, but is unable to do so with Karen all over him. Thus he enlists some help to get a tent by the lakeside where he can get some peace and quiet to do work...or so he thought...I'll leave the rest of the story for you to watch on your own.
I must say that parts of the OVA do get more than PG-13, but there isn't that much. Character-wise, this OVA manages
...
to bring in just about everyone from Onegai Twins and Teacher (well at least the slightly more main characters).
Parts of this OVA are pretty funny, but to a certain extent Morino really goes overboard on her spying...
Overall this is a good OVA that only builds on what happened after the conclusion of the series. I recommend that if you have finished the Onegai Twins series, watch this OVA.
