These are shows are both so much over the top, that they are hilarious! That is why I believe Baki is the best recommendation for a show that compares to jojo, even though it is two completely different stories. Baki is in imo even more ridicules then jojo is lol

If you liked Citrus add

...then you might like Tatoe Todokanu Ito da toshitemo add

If you have read and liked Citrus, I would suggest giving "If I could reach you" a go aswell! Both stories are revolving around the whole "forbidden love" theme but they have 2 different ways of telling the story. "If I could reach you" has a lot of the same traits where the protagonist is trying to deal and come to terms with their own feelings, while having to navigate in different social arenas. I will say that the art in "If I could reach you" is a little lacking compared to "Citrus", but it gets the job done nontheless. "If I could reach you" is also a few volumes shorter then "Citrus", so it gets where it needs to go at a faster pacing. IMO "If I could reach you" is definitely worth a shot, if you have read and liked "Citurs".

...then you might like Shinchou Yuusha: Kono Yuusha ga Ore Tueee Kuse ni Shinchou Sugiru add

Two very similar shows regarding content and humor.

If you liked Sakura-sou no Pet na Kanojo add

...then you might like Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata add

These animes are both about a guy without any particular talents, but they do both have a dream! Because of their strong desire to make that dream come true, they get the attention of some really talented people, and they all start forming a relationship with each other with the main protagonist in the middle of it all. But making a dream come true isn't necessarily an easy task, but the friendships formed along the way, is hopefully enough to make the dream come true in the end.

The shows are about the 2 main characters trying to make it in their desired fields. But while trying to make it, they meet a lot of resistance due to different circumstances and people. They do however have a few people close to them, that helps them to achieve their dreams.
