In Sukitte Ii na yo only the female protagonist is an outcast and misunderstood while both male and female protagonsits are weirdos in Toradora. Both female protagonists very shy and timid when it comes to pronouncing romantic feelings. Tons of awkward moments but the payoff is great. The greatest similarity is the female protagonist who is initially very lonely and misunderstood with the male protagonist becoming their key to happiness. Both shows are pretty different, but have similar vibes.
