Welcome to NHK. This is not your typical slice of life anime with stereotypical happy to go lucky characters. This is filled with relatable characters that has endured rough patches with their life. The story begins with Tatsuhiro, a self-aware hikikimori, as he turns his bad lifestyle into something better than before. Along with his journey, he also met Misaki that will guide his journey to the path of becoming better than before.
Personally, this anime has struck me in a different way. It is definitely painful to watch for some people as they can relate to MC's struggle with depression, social anxiety, regrets, loneliness

Story- I personally loved this coming of age anime. For us viewers, we get to see Violet mature not only physically but emotionally. We can see how her emotions was described similar to that of a robot and later growing into a caring and emotion filled person. I loved this trait. This is not just your common action anime. This is also filled with proper dramatic scenes that matches up based on experiences that Violet experienced as a writer in the CH Postal Company. Can be slow for some viewers, but personally, I loved the pacing.
