both shows revolve around bunch of weird girls and a relatively normal guy both shows are quite similar in how they deal with comedy rather: gags and references, so if you like the style of comedy in one, its likely you would enjoy the other as well. i should say that they are practically pure comedy shows so dont expect a good story from either

both main guys are jerks to the main girls to the point of being disturbing to watch at times, but girls are somewhat ok with this treatment, akkun to kanojo is a lighthearted show with plenty of comedic moments, its also very short so if you watched akkun to kanojo and want something similar but more serious i'd recommend ookami shoujo.

even though they are quite different both shows have similar vibe, both make you feel warm inside both have socially awkward characters both are quite slow paced which works for their advantage to create a more relaxing atmosphere if you enjoyed one you'd probably enjoy the other as well
